Biden chose Merrick Garland as AG.

Not mad at that.

“The New York Times report regarding comments Vice President Pence supposedly made to me today is fake news. He never said that. The Vice President and I are in total agreement that the Vice President has the power to act.

“The November 3rd election was corrupt in contested states, and in particular it was not in accordance with the Constitution in that they made large scale changes to election rules and regulations as dictated by local judges and politicians, not by state legislators. This means that it was illegal.

“Our Vice President has several options under the U.S. Constitution. He can decertify the results or send them back to the states for change and certification. He can also decertify the illegal and corrupt results and send them to the House of Representatives for the one vote for one state tabulation.“

Let's get this party started. Some wild days ahead. Like I said before it's 73 million plus Trump supporters vs. a stack of fraudulent ballots and a platoon of Biden cardboard cutouts. It's why the prez asked supporters to come to D.C. The people will not be denied...or it may be the beginning of the end of the republic as we know it. Let's see what they choose.

Step out of the MAGAland haze

Your orange man god king got his ass kicked and just like every other time he’s lost, he became a whiny bitch baby claiming he was cheated. You’re so deep in denial that you don’t even realize that ppl called this ahead of time b/c he’s so pathetically predictable. You love it b/c you pledge allegiance to a man and not this country.

81 million Americans kicked your wannabe dictatorship to the curb. Deal with it.

I kinda wish it wasn't Chuck though. Dems could use new leadership in the Senate.

Any Dem could have challenged him for the leadership position but they decided not too. Same with Pelosi. No complaining about Dem leadership now. You take the good with the bad.

Probably. She should even if it means some GOP's are showcasing themselves as the future leaders of their party. It still is the right thing to do.

Not an inspiring choice. I think he deserves a spot on the Supreme Court.

I think she should have refused to seat any Republicans that didn’t acknowledge Biden won the election and he’s the rightful President.

And anyone, Democrat, Republican or Independent that’s willing to speak up for the benefit of the country and Democracy should get time.

Transitional AG. More like Ed Levi than - say - Loretta Lynch or someone else more inspirational.

This does allow us to put some uber young liberal on the DC courts.

Also - he's surrounded by a good promising team of women as Deputy AG, Assistant AG Civil Rights, and Associate AG in Lisa Monaco, Vanita Gupta, and Kristen Clarke.

Then I’d let Kinzinger up there. He’s far from blameless for the mess we’re in, but he’s called out the bullchit on the election fraud scheme from day 1.
