I don’t think there’s any way we can get him without sending Bam out, which we won’t do. Plus the Jimmy angle. I don’t see it.

Need Kawhi or someone. I dunno. We need to do something.

I would be happy with Aldridge or Thaddy Young

Aldridge would be great as long as we don't have to give up any of our young core. So no Bam, Herro, or Duncan (or Jimmy of course). But send out Dragic, Olynk, Meyers, Nunn, etc. Whoever else it takes.

Herro point experiment has messed up his game even when he’s at the 2 he’s still trying to be play maker. He needs to catch and shoot.

We might be able to get Aldridge for Leonard,Iggy, and Nunn or KZ

When ever spo goes small it absolutely puts an immense amount of stress on the interior. I thought we learned our lesson vs the Lakers.

Retaining cap room for 2021 has cost Miami a chance of being better last year and this year, could have had a few better players liek CP3 or Gallo, got Crowder and let him leave because of... cap space. This team is doing the best it can but the FO has really done very little making this roster better after getting a gift with Butler forcing himself to Miami. Evan after an incredible run to the finals this front office did nothing.

Staying "pat" smells a lot like the situation where the FO decided to not make changes after that great 2nd half run with Waiters, Johnson, and Dragic.

I saw Heat players that weren't part of the play watching the shot instead of boxing out or going after the rebound.

Here comes all the panic lol.

We’re a team built for the playoffs, not the regular season. Spo has never in his life coached a team that played consistently in the regular season outside of one lone season where we won 66 games.

Herro will be fine, he’s 20 years old learning to play winning basketball in a new role ffs. Already has more potential as a PG than Winslow ever did lol

10% of the season is over and Miami is 2 games behind New York. I get that it's early but Miami downgraded the roster by not resigning Crowder. A good starting 4 is way more important for this roster than adding Bradley to the guard rotation.

Well, we all know Houston ain't trading Harden to Miami now. They want that lottery pick from the Heat this year to be good.

Still not sure why Riley re-signed Leonard.

Because he'd take a 1 year contract and Crowder wouldn't. I would have been fine with resigning Crowder to keep that toughness and then adding someone like Dedmon as a backup center. But you know, sacrifice talent for cap room, even after making the finals.

This, still frustrates me when folks here don't want to acknowledge Jae being a key piece to our success last season. He was our 3rd best defender our 3rd best rebounder behind Bam and Jimmy and our second best shooter behind Duncan. All areas we are lacking this season.

Was definitely a mistake not giving him a 3yr 10mil contract. I think we can move that contract easier than we can move any 1yr contract of any other rotation player we have if we needed to so there was no risk offering that deal.

Payton Pritchard took 10 field goal attempts tonight. Bam Adebayo, against an undersized C team that lacks interior defense, also took 10 shots.

This is why Bam won't average 20.. he's literally averaging less field goal attempts per game than he did a year ago lol. He's capable physically, he has shown flashes, but mentally is lacking the 'take over' gene.

It's a shame. Game 6 Adebayo may be more dangerous than game 6 Klay.
