Last game of the season vs the Spurs and its barely our 9th game. So weird.
I wonder if Bron or AD rest since this is a back to back game.

Might just rest because the season series has been won already more so than it being b2b.

Lakers 5 man lineups by minutes played and sorted into positive, negative, and one even group :

Schroder/Pope/Lebron/AD/Gasol: 68 minutes +24.2 net rating
Schroder/Kuzma/Lebron/Davis/Gasol: 30 minutes, +37
THT/Matthews/Lebron/Morris/Trez: 24 minutes, +18
Schroder/KCP/Kuzma/Lebron/Gasol: 16 minutes, +44.9
Schroder/Matthews/Kuzma/Lebron/Davis: 11 minutes, +45.2
Caruso/Kuzma/Lebron/Morris/Trez: 10 minutes, +27.3
Schroder/THT/Kuzma/Trez/Davis: 7 minutes, +14.3
Caruso/Matthews/Lebron/Morris/Trez - 6 minutes, +7.7

Matthews/Kuzma/Lebron/Morris/Trez: 34 minutes, -24.9
Schroder/Matthews/Kuzma/Trez/Davis: 29 minutes, -16
Schroder/KCP/Lebron/Trez/Davis: 11 minutes, -13.6
Schroder/Matthews/Kuzma/Davis/Gasol: 9 minutes, -28.3
Schroder/KCP/Kuzma/Davis/Gasol: 7 minutes, -38.6
Schroder/THT/Matthews/Trez/Davis: 7 minutes, -85.1

Caruso/KCP/THT/Trez/Davis: 6 minutes, Even

What stand out to me is that even though his numbers don't show it, Kieffs eye test holds up. He pretty much holds his on in every lineup like in the playoffs and just does his old school role kinda like an Horry.

The schedule is terribly imbalanced.

I have an off feeling about this one.
Let's start off strong and sustain through 3rd so lebron and ad can sit out in the 4th.

I'm having trouble keeping up with these games. It seems like there is a game every other day at least.
I really hope Vogel manages minutes because I have a feeling there will be many injuries in the NBA this season due to the pace of the season.

I think they're going for the same blueprint as last season, build a sizeable lead at the top, incorporate the new guys, then take the foot off the gas before the playoffs and then regroup for the post season.

So tired of playing the same team consecutively. I get that we have a similar format in the playoffs. However, I find the energy in these games against crappy teams to be extremely low and borderline boring. For the first time ever, I don't even get excited to watch some of these games. Not having fans present is probably a major part of games feeling blah.

Yeah, I was going to say the same. This is one for the L column.
NBA titles since the merger: LAL 11, CHI 6, SAS 5, BOS 5, GSW 4.

Same for me. It's just, ok, next game. Even if when watching the games I'm more like a Serbian basketball coach than a fan.

Im not saying L, let's not go that far. It just may end up being more difficult than we imagine. but yes, it can definitely be a loss. Not, it IS a loss.

Lots of these Laker games are frustrating to watch, but other teams/games make for some exciting games so I think it's just the poor play that makes it not good to watch.

We only play them 3 times this season so tonight is the last game against them.

These jerseys really fit with the court. Looks like two teams playing on some random neutral court
