I can tell you that many more people got it than it was reported. That information is first hand from ER doctors I'm friends with.
But everybody is entitled to their own opinion based on the information they have.
Interesting what do you think the numbers are?

At least 50% more than it's being reported. That's why in some countries you now have collective immunity. A lot of people with minor or no symptoms didn't even report to the doctor (including myself), because there's no point. For athletes, I'm sure a lot of them have the best personal care there is, and if they got it in the off-season, it went under the radar within their circles.
I'm not saying that's the case with the Sixers now, just speaking in general terms.
First off, Im personally quite vocal about this topic in person but I do respect your experience and your belief. And its hard to be certain on this topic because I find it to be different on a case to case basis.
Anyway, I was asymptomatic back in August. I didnt know until I had to do PCR test to visit my doctor. My parents (60 and above) lived with me and they’re fine. So based on my first hand experience, asymptomatic transmission is low to never. Not a fact (altho some studies say so), just based on experience.
The more I do my research I think there’s faulty system with the testing. First, I dont agree that we should tests those without symptoms and second, the CT Value should be lower. Even Fauci said it himself that 35 and above CT Value will lead to a lot of false positives. Both are the biggest reasons why some countries like Japan or Taiwan have low covid cases. They do targeted, not mass testing. And their CT Value is 35 or below.
https://www.who.int/news/item/14-12-2020-who-information-notice-for-ivd-usersWHO and the guy invented PCR himself said it’s a hit or miss.
Anyway, im no expert so I could be wrong. But I suggest to look at both sides. And also still be careful.
Personally, I believe it’s real but I dont think its bad as mainstream media would like us to believe. Again, this is not a fact but just a personal opinion.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.
