I think Tommy has done a good enough job to deserve the opportunity to hire the next coach.

Yes I would guess that trade was Ted's call.

I would give Tommy more time to prove himself. He would score some points with me firing Brooks ASAP. We have seen enough to know he isn't the right guy.
