More than likely not....after baseball played and the NFL (Denver was forced to play a game with no quarterbacks available) The NBA won't shutdown unless 35% of the league is out and I just don't see that happening....

the vaccine is being rolled out and those who have contracted the virus are now presumably immune for a while. there's no way the nba fully shuts down. if things get really bad they may cancel/postpone a couple weeks of games

never would've happened for multiple reasons, obviously, but from a business perspective the best bet for the nba probably would have been to intentionally infect all of its players w/o comorbidity concerns a few weeks before the season started

He wasn't "sexy" enough of a pick and the way Kentucky deploys their players doesn't help their stock.

CHA’s gonna have to start LaMelo. He’s filthy.

Man Lamelo is really really good. He impacts the game in so many ways.

Issue for him is going to be defense and who do you sit in favor of him? Rozier? Graham?

A part of defense is rebounding and he is not a good but possibly great defensive rebounding guard....and Graham is a 6th man masquerading as a starter

Graham. He’s had a lousy start to the season.

And LaMelo’s defense hasn’t been nearly as bad as advertised to my eye. In fact his team defense has been pretty damn good for a rookie.

His defense is adequate, especially for a rookie. Nothing like his prior film.

Well, youngest triple double in nba history. Wtf. He was there for the taking. Disappointing to see another star the Bulls just missed out on.

Rebounding is also part of offense, but if you can't guard your man consistently then you will eventually have to either score at an elite rate or provide something else(which is his case will be play making)to offset that deficiency.

He's going to start eventually, but they also like him playing with Bridges cause of the chemistry they have.

He's definitely not the sieve he appeared to be from his film. He's going to continue to get better. Just saying, the barrier for him in starting will be the defense and the who he replaces in the starting line up.

He's bringing excitement to the Hornets and with Hayward there to take the bulk of the scoring load early on, he has a chance to blossom and become a special player.

Nah, the defense isn’t the issue. It’s the politics of replacing Graham as a starter coming off a great season. But Graham has tanked and the difference between him and LaMelo is stark at this point. Gotta figure they’ll make the switch in not too long here.

Yea wish the Bulls got Melon but I think he bombed in the draft interview. I remember the Bulls not showing up for a workout after the interview

Early credit to Borrego. He isn’t handing LaMelo anything and seemingly keeping Melo motivated defensively while giving him lots of freedom offensively.

They dont have anything to lose by starting Melo tho.

Ultimately someone was going to moved pr bemched if LaMelo had any kind of pulse this year.

He has kicked in alot earlier than people expected. So Graham or Rozier would only be keeping their spot warm for Melo. Its probably going to be Graham.

Seems that the rooks had a really good day today. Alot of them had career games. Shows this rookie class has something to say about it being a weak draft.
