I was all in on Maxey before the Draft. People will realise after a while why. At such a young this kid is way ahead for his curve like i said before. I couldn't believe that the Sixers drafted him. Ah well... i will learn to hate him eventually.

I swear Nesmith better get some serious burn against Miami.

Love that we’ve nailed the Pritchard pick but we really need to see something from Nesmith and Langford when he’s back.

Nice game with him short handed but he did take 33 shots in a losing effort. They are nice stats but he’s the type of player that needs to be ball dominant to accomplish that.

Nesmith projects as an off ball player which is honestly more valuable on our team right now Jordan Crawford was once NBA player of the week when we let him play as a ball dominant pg.

He took 33 shots on 54.5FG%, plus he had 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals. I wouldve understood your argument if his percentage was below 40%. He had 6 assists and that for his first game as a starter. How is this not good enough for a rookie?

Playing only in his 10th game, without any preseason.

he took 33 shots

(edit)that sounds like hate, he looked good. similar to Payton he plays much older. I haven't watched him play against anyone so far who can actually play defense, will be interesting to see him against us.

Drummond looked a lot better this season. He is actually running the floor and dribbling, attacking the rim. 22pts 22 rebs so far to start the 4th against the bucks. Certainly ways ways better than TT. Probably playing for that payday though!

I like the cavs coach Bickerstaf. He had those cavs team playing and fighting. Also that coach isn’t afraid to mix things up with lineups.

Kanter taking it strong against Bagley for the and1. Harrison Barnes is just an awful player. Always breaks the momentum by missing almost wide open shots.

People are really going all in on this one Drummond possession where he is going for an interior pass that gets batted by the defender.

I low key loved their draft. How did Paul Reed look? Still wish we’d 2 wayed him and let waters go.

First game in which he got some real minutes. He is very active in the paint. Would've been a nice 2 way contract and a potential Theis replacement.

you forgot about the condition that since only the first 1/7 of the season was played, only teams with names starting in the first 1/7th of the alphabet will be eligible.

I liked Maxey in the draft, would be happy if we got him. Hated that Sixers picked him. But since he is a combo guard I wanted Nesmith, just hope we will not regret it.

I wanted Reed end of the draft, I could not believe he fell that low...did not show much yesterday but eh barley touched the ball. Would love him on a two way here as well...

Couple new injuries around the league... Thomas Bryant of the Wiz tore his ACL. And Bogdan of the Hawks weirdly crumpled to the floor while dribbling last night and is having an MRI of his knee done today.

Also, looks like the COVID team of the day is Dallas. Several players going into quarantine.

Clippers/Bulls box score is remarkable. Bulls shot 61% and still lost. (TOs had a lot to do with it.)

I don't understand why the Nets had to annihilate us on Xmas before deciding to be a flaming pile of garbage.
