Re: Tank World Order
Honestly all the top guys in this draft make our team so much better.
Suggs, Cade, and Mobley would make this team nasty (I can’t see Kuminga working well with Siakam sadly, but I like him as a prospect)

The Raptors could end up 10-62 and certain people would still blame the refs and want to build around this core sans Lowry.
I'm glad more and more people are seeing the light.

I honestly don’t mind a retool year.
We’ve been so successful since 2014, and won a championship in 2019, we could suck for the next 10 years and I’ll be happy. I honestly never thought the Raps would ever win a championship in my like time so I’m happy.
With that being said, we have some fine players heading into their primes in Siakam, FVV, and OG. An allstar talent would take this team to the next level.
Can you imagine Cade next to those 3, Mobley down low, or Suggs feeding dimes to our trio

Re: Tank World Order
The tank rolls on. Honestly, this is the best way to tank. Develop your players and lose by a little bit every night because the other team decided to give a **** towards the end.
They're trying really hard to win, and it's just not happening. Culture: preserved. Draft Pick: high

My challenge to the Vaccine truthers, make a prediction and sig it.
Mine: In 2023, rates of heart attacks & strokes amongst vaccinated people, never infected with COVID will be similar (+-5%) when compared to people of same age in 2018.

Or adding Kuminga's athleticism and ceiling to the roster.

The Raptors could be 10-0 and I would have no confidence in them in the playoffs. They have no "it" factor like they did 2 years ago. We need to get a superstar if anything atleast be interesting again.

All 3 fill such a huge hole for us. If we tank and come out with any of those 3, this team is headed in the right direction.

The best way for this team to get that superstar talent is to finish in the bottom 3 in the league. No point in finishing 9th and barely missing the playoffs. I hope Masai moves Lowry and Powell soon to a contender. Get back picks and expiring contracts. Going into next year, you will have cap space and a high pick to do a mini retool.

Don’t sleep on Suggs... his finishing and passing is something else...
IMO he’s the best point guard prospect since Jason Kidd. IMO he’s already the best player in the NCAA.
Cade is also great, I don’t think he will ever be a true #1 option as a scorer (could definitely be the best player on a contender). He’s in that Scottie Pippen/Grant Hill mold IMO.
Cade and Suggs are special. Mobley will be their Chris Bosh

Re: Tank World Order
I still am concerned this team may be slightly too good (think 8-10 pick instead of top 5), though especially now that they’ve benched Baynes and Len essentially. Boucher is legitimately looking like a good NBA player in all those minutes.
A Lowry trade is necessary if we truly want to get where we need to go.

Is Suggs so much better than his own teammate Ayayi? More athletic but Ayayi get rebounds, shoots 60% and has an A/T of 3.

Also, the Wizards, Kings and Grizzlies won!!!

Charlotte has won 4 in a row at 6-5, will be at least .500 when facing the Raptors. The Raptors have yet to face an opponent under .500.

More dynamic, better shot creator, better 3 point shooter, and 3 years younger.

I really recommend watching Suggs if you get the chance.
Kid is just special.
Great athlete, great vision, great defender
To top it off he’s a very good shooter, and a very good finisher. I’m not lying when I say he might be one of the best players I’ve ever seen playing the passing lane. He’s not a flashy passer, but he always makes the correct read.
With all that being said the kid has a takeover ability. IMO his floor is an all star, I just see no way he doesn’t succeed at the NBA level.
