Great game to watch... lots of positives from core plus loss.. perfect outcome!!...
With our top 5 pick, we draft our next star... best possible outcome for a quick retool...

I mean if you're gonna lose, this is the way to do it. Very exciting Raps!

The basketball gods are telling us to tank.
Treat this entire weird season as a covid Tampa anomoly and it's a lot more palatable
Seriously, I've never been one to hop on the tank bandwagon but with the raptors playing in Tampa this year its perfect for tanking. Maybe its because raptors won a championship that im more inclined to tank because unlike some I actually believe in our core of players. You add a top 5 talent to our group and they could be dangerous next year.
Raptors have been competitive for the longest time, landing a top 5 pick and setting us up for years to come in a down year seems like the best solution.

The fact that raps lost both games by 1 means they are close, losing now give us better chance at draft pick. I'm not upset at all

I still cannot believe, but Chris has fully replaced Ibaka. Let's check back in about 20 games..but it is looking real good.
Even Serge gets overpowered by the Nurkics and Kanters.
We should be about 6-4 right now. I am still very confident about this team.

Our young, growing core of Siakam, Freddy, Boucher, Flynn, OG with specialists of Matty T and TD and maybe even Lowry as a vet leader on a team friendly contract makes me excited. Toss is a couple of key FA signings with our space in the offseason and a top 5 pick makes us a top 4 team in the East next season IMHO. If things roll the right way, even a contender. This isn't a rebuild, its a reload.

He can say that again but this coaching staff will force the issue.

I still don’t think he’s a #1 option, but many players aren’t and that’s okay. I think he falls into that Paul George tier IMO. He’s almost there, but he’s not.
IMO he could be a 20/8/6 type player as a #2 option.
If PG took as many shots as siakam he'd average 29-30. PG is a bad comparison you guys gotta stop throwing names out there hoping it will stick.

When OG scored 8 points in a row on his own I gotta say a bunch of guys here were very quiet

He's still 23. Terence Davis is 23 and Malachi Flynn is 22.
I can see him making small increases in ball-handling and creating over the next few years. He won't be Tatum in that way but he could handle it like Deng.

Meaning 2x All-Star and All defensive-team.
Where do we sign?!
