he had 12/7 in under 15 minutes that same game though lol. that's a great game from biz or cody with 30 minutes for the record

"he looks uncoordinated" yeah. its his third game of the season

I mean my view from that video is those boards were generally uncontested, and his constantly slipping perimeter screens to go hunt his shot was a terrible look. Yeah, he hit a few a uncontested threes on those slip outs when his team was down like 40, but I'm not at all interested in a skinny 5 that's going to set fake screens so he can go hunt threes for himself.

ETA: just thought about this, but I can't imagine Cliff being too excited to trade for Monk. Cliff never wanted us to draft Monk in the first place and gave Monk practically the same treatment that he's getting now.

knowing cliff, he'd be more interested in a twin than malik anyways.

but yeah they're definitely a team that's gonna be dealing soon. with fultz out i doubt they're gonna sit around for too long.

He looks like a chunkier Wiseman

I'd still take a chance on him though, if we can get him cheap

What would you give up for Ayton?

I'm more curious about John Collins than Ayton. Collins seems to be having a bit of fall out with the Hawks, and I could see Collins matching really well with Lamelo. PJ is my second favorite of our young guns but I would probably lean on trading him for Collins

It makes no sense to pay a guy that only plays on one end of the floor. And to trade PJ on top of that? Heck no man.

Hawks are a weird team to trade with right now in my mind, because what are they are looking for? They are 5-5 now and have been without Okongwu, Galo, Rondo, Dunn and Snell for at least half those games. They just lost Bogdanovic for "several weeks", but even without him this is their depth chart.

PG- Young- Rondo-Dunn
SG- Reddish- Huerter- (Bogdanovic)
SF- Hunter- Snell- Hill
PF- Collins- Gallinari-Knight
C- Capela- Okongwu- Fernando

Not sure I see any obvious holes, they are probably a candidate to trade 3 or 4 guys for a real difference maker at the deadline like Beal, Oladipo, McCollum or Derozan. If Bulls were smart they would trade then Lavine for 3 of their younger guys.

If Okongwu breaks out, then I might see if they are willing to move Capela, but not sure what they would be looking for still. Think they just aren't really a good fit for us to deal with. Collins will be overpaid this summer, so if we want to get in on the bidding then, I won't be pissed, but no point to overpay for him in a trade just to overpay for him in FA too.

Why are his stats so bad this year? Seems like he is not an important piece of their offense. Anytime a big plays worse when you add CP3 to the mix that makes me worry.

His percentages are still strong and he is rebounding well, but man that is a headscratcher.

Also, it is his third year and I am surprised he hasn't added a consistent three point shot to his game yet, made just 3 threes last year and so far this year he has attempted just 4.

He's taking a lot less shots this year. Is 3rd/4th option now with Booker, CP3, and Mikal. His defense has looked better though.

I don't think he's some game changing center, but he still has upside. Even if he ends up being a 15/11/2 + 2 stocks guy he would help up this team greatly. Likely more than the 12th pick + Bridges would.

Ayton is like in the 10-15th best C range. I think he'll have a better career than Jarrett Allen and still has a untapped upside. Not huge on him by any means but that's the package I would offer. No way Suns take that deal though.

Drummond just became even more easier to obtain with Allen becoming a Cav

How did we not get in on that Jarrett Allen trade, he's who we need

Yeah the Cavs are gonna shop Drummond now

Quick Rundown of Cleveland Bigs

Love 31 million per for 3 years
Drummond 28.7 Million expiring
Nance 11.7 Million for 3 years
McGee 4.2 Million expiring
Allen 3.9 Million expiring

Probably wouldn't trade for Love, let alone contract.
Drummond is a guy I might trade for, but hard to match that salary in a deal.
Nance is a guy I like and his number is solid, but is he big enough to play Center?
McGee is the easiest to trade for.
Allen isnt going anywhere after they just traded for him.

Nance is big enough and athletic enough for center and has the good hands. McGee would have a field day with the passes Biz gets. Drummond and Love would require Rozier to match salaries, so I wouldn’t do it.

Now that Houston is going into a mini rebuild, think they are good team to potentially deal with as well.

Ben McLemore as a sniper off our bench would be a nice addition.

I can't believe some of you want Drummond after that Dwight season. They are two peas in a pod

We need a center...but not Drummond.

He is the definition of an empty stats player. Has his teams ever been good? I can't think of a winning season he has had.
