As a huge fan of Caris for many years I expect him to get even better.

He can get you 20/8 but the questions with him will always be:

- Can he improve his efficiency?
- Can he stay healthy?

But expect him to play with all his heart all the time and give his all. I think it was an excellent move by the Pacers.

Also note he's notoriously a slow starter every season and ramps it up by playoffs time. He's also a big game player.

Solid Dipo replacement.

I always had the impression he was a better shooter than what I saw in the stats. I didn't watch Brooklyn enough to know what the quality of his shots were though.

I remember being impressed with him early on. Kinda tuned him out after. I thought he was way more efficient.

I think he will put nice numbers playing with Brogdon, he is a crafty guy, that can attack the rim, pull up and has a sneak good passing game. Watched some Nets games this season when KD nor Kyrie played, he was very good on those games and sometimes kept the offense alive by himself. The Pacers assembled a nice roster for this season and the new coaching are making them play very well, nice team to watch and even the two bigs lineup is looking to work, maybe they slip a little defensively, but I can bet they will improve offensively. Nice adding, I'm hyped to watch him for the Hoosiers

This season I watched 3 or 4 Nets games, he has absolute green light coming from the bench, sometimes he takes some bad shots, but watching I have the same impression as you, he is a better shooter than his stats show. Playing with quality starters and a better shot selection, wich has been a total overhaul in Indiana game, will probably raise his numbers and efficiency too

All he needs is to work on his efficiency and he'll do great in Indiana.

Pretty much the same as one would expect from a health Oladipo.

I expect him to mame his first all-star team with Indiana. Nate Bjorkgren seems to be the perfect coach for Indiana so far and his players absolutely love him.

Maybe if youre only looking at the boxscore. Dipo is one of the best perimeter defenders in the league and Caris........is far from that

Pacers have done a good job developing wings. See PG, Bogey, TJ Warren, Oladipo. If Caris commits and puts in the work he could be an All-Star. Probably like the 11th or 12th guy, but still.

I think he can pretty much do similar things to what Oladipo did in Indy. He will score and make some plays on the defensive end. Brogdon and Sabonis seem to be the 2 main guys on that team so Levert won't have to carry them like Oladipo did a few years ago. I like the fit

Caris is a baller, all he has to do is stay healthy.

51% true shooting on 30% usage. Like a worse version of Westbrook.

Not on expert on LeVert, by any means. But it sure seems like he works at being as good as he can be. I expect his bottom-expectation would be equal to Oladipo. I expect he'll be better on both ends of the court.

I would expect him to continue to be a low efficiency, meh defender who's always hurt.

Seems like LaVert will fit right into the Pacers culture. Just a hard working team and once TJ Warren is back, watch out. Pacers look like a 2nd round playoff team for sure.

I expect his averages to go up. But he is inconsistent and his defense is not on Dipo's level. But he will have games where he goes off and drops 40 points. Pacers are a pretty disciplined team so I can see him taking better shots there. He will average at least 20-22 PPG with like 4-5 assist to go along.

Playing with Sabonis is only going to further open his game up. Dipo benefitted greatly from the PNR game that he had with Domantis. So he's in a great place.

He’s such a long body coming off slow from PnR’s it makes him an excellent bucket getter and he’s been exploring his playmaking skills. With those two bigs he might do even better. He should easily replace Victor as he is now. Best version of Victor is a legit two way all star. Victor now and Levert is just a tier down wing. Still great four and with TJ one of the most complete complex fives in the league.
