Give me Siakam with Bosh's midrange jumper and ability to draw fouls

Bosh hands down. Not even close. I guess it’s one of those “you have to be old enough”.

Bosh could rebound, create his own shot, shoot mid-range, and block shots wayyyyyy better than Siakam.

No debate.

It's too early to compare.

Final form Bosh is fringe HOF conversation.

What made Bosh go next level was the automatic mid-range jumper with the threat to drive by you and draw fouls

Pascal hasn't found his go to moves yet.

Bosh easily. He would dominate the current NBA landscape.

This is the perfect era for a player like Bosh. Prime Bosh over Siakam.

Both are in the same tier. Neither of them is a first option on a championship team.

Bosh wasn't half as good as some of you remember he was. His defense was bad, and he a very slow decision maker when he had the ball. Really stagnated our offense.

He also had Butterfingers.

Steroid/Predator Bosh was a Beast though.

If you take them both at 26-27 it's clearly bosh.

bosh is also siakams closest comp if not him its bargnani in terms of production.

Their best NBA Finals:
CB4 => 18.5ppg / 7.3rpg /44.5 FG%/1.0apg/0.2blk
P-Sizzle => 19.8ppg / 7.5rpg /50.3 FG% /3.7apg

I would select P-Sizzle!

Talent wise Bosh is 3rd best Raptor of all time behind VC and Kawhi. Dude was silky smooth. We wasted his early prime years by surrounding him with bums.

Bosh is going to be a hall of famer soon. Siakam has a long way to go to reach that level. Siakam has to put up at least 5 or 6 more seasons like last year to reach that kind of level.

The only people who can logically say Pascal are younger fans who have never seen the Bosh era. Chris Bosh had an awful supporting cast, I know if Pascal was the leader of the 06-07 Raptors, they won't even come close to 47 wins. Pascal couldn't carry a team like Bosh could.

As of today it's Bosh. His jumper was automatic and no other big man could keep up with him when he drove. Defences had to pick their poison with him. GIve him space he'll bury the jumper, play him tight, he'll run past you. Automatic 20-10. He'd be a top 15-20 player in the modern NBA. and yeah his supporting cast was beyond god awful while on the Raptors lol. Should Siakam reach an area close to his ceiling as a player, then he could be better than Bosh.

I agree. I did not think this idea out. feel free to lock it up.

I actually think this is a good topic. There should be a poll.

So much of what makes Bosh a HOFer is him having played with LeBron and Wade (and the fact that bar is quite low for basketball HOF). Bosh is obviously better than Siakam, but just saying HOF induction is narrative driven. I mean if you swapped Bosh's teams and conference with LaMarcus Aldridge, LA prolly makes the HOF instead.

Bosh was getting to the line 8-9 times a game when he was in a Raps uni. imagine what he could do with a Masai-led organization/team.
raf1995 wrote:I just don’t think he has that kind of potential. I think we will regret not trading him for a haul in a few years when he’s a mid-tier starter with nice playmaking and defense and a shaky jumper.
