But make no mistake about this. They got a top 5 player for almost nothing unless you're some folks here that gets hyped on 1st round picks.

if it was easy more people would be really good at it. Projecting prospects is very hard especially with limited resources and behind a computer...you kinda just try to find things you like and think will be translatable as a basketball player.

another strategy is to like every prospect and think they have star potential so that you can say you were right

Yeah that’s me. I was the one pretending Knox will be Durant. I was the one who didn’t want to tank to get Doncic. Nailed it.

i don't want to see neither of them.

i'm not really about old or young, i'm about "any good ?". unfortunately for the knicks there's never too many of those. like nobody should be mad at the randle minutes this year, he's deserving. not saying you are.

I think Haliburton would’ve played well here for sure. Why would be not?

Quickley, Knox, Randle, and RJ (2nd half) were looking good out there. Hopefully those guys can keep building on that.

Fans need to riot if Thibs keeps trotting out Payton. Just waive him and let him get picked up by another team.

the frustration with payton is 2-pronged:

1. he is our most aggressive point guard despite his lack of ability
2. that aggression perpetuates his starting role

gonna need to see some real hunger from the bench

I think Haliburton would be getting solid minutes and a shot to prove himself

well payton played 33 minutes last night and had 11 shot attempts(3-11), quickley played 22 minutes and took 15 attempts(7-15), not really how many more attempts they'd like him to put up for that to be considered more aggression than payton

Halikina was the name that probably stopped the Knicks from taking him because everybody knows fans on the internet control the fate and fortunes of the team with their words.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

Is that a worrisome post during times like these?

Seriously, let Frank play instead. When given minutes he produced. He'll break loose eventually.
