I think he's fine as the highest USG% player, he just shouldn't be the guy running the offense and making complicated decisions. Even a homeless man's CP3 would improve this team a lot.

If you want to be a legit winning team then your #1 needs to have the ball and running the show at the end of the game.

They are few and far between but Zach isn't one of them as good of a player as he is.

That's not really true, Magic Johnson was 3rd in USG% and Kareem was 7th on the 88 title team. You need a talented and willing passer who likes getting other guys open, yes, but you don't need LeBron James.
