Actually, it likely will be...if he lands on a good team

In what way will he breakout if on another team? You would think if he does break out it would be here. He basically has free reign to do whatever he likes, something he won't have on another team with star players. I feel like if he does break out it would be as an efficient role player.

That's exactly it...free reign is bad for him. If he is in a position to rim run, make backdoor cuts, catch lobs, crash the offensive glass, and play lockdown D...he'll look like an efficient, perfectly placed teammate. In ORL, as the next Paul George, he's being asked to do too much beyond his current skillset (and he's more than willing to try because the team needs a hero most nights)
