They would have to use an additional team or two to be part of the deal. The only young guys on their roster I see with value are Kuzma and THT, but they'll have to give up Pope and Schroeder to have enough room for Beal.
But what team is giving up a better asset to get Kuzma or THT? It just doesn't make sense. Miami is somewhere I can see Beal ending up.
Could be a scenario like:
LA out: future 1st, kuzma, THT, Pope, Schroeder
Wash out: Beal + Smith + Hachimura
Team 3: future 1st + filler
LA in: Beal + Smith
Wash in: LA's first, team 3 first, Kuzma, THT, Schroder, filler
Team 3 in: Pope + Hachimura
But like you said, if a team like Miami has a better deal, then LA won't matter.
