And Howard is not ?. The long & short of it, they were not going to put Howard in foul trouble with Philly short handed & Embiid out.

Watch the highlight video of this game. Ja's first attempt at the rim Howard hits him in the head shoulder, arm both sides & is credited with a block instead of a foul. Where Ja rightfully throws his arms up in wonderment (This is how Memphis ends up being last in the league in fouls, while being one of the most aggressive teams in the paint) .. while on the flip side, Jonas picks up 4 cheap fouls in relation to how they're calling Howard's contact that sends him to the bench, which evens things up for a team missing their starting C. Thankfully, the rookie Tillman had a great game. There's no rationalizing this behavior, it's not human error either. Called fairly, Howard would have fouled out in the first half or be sitting with foul trouble, not Jonas.

I also realize it can get old hearing someone bitch about anything over & over as I have with the officiating to start the year but this is a problem that needs to be a addressed, not ignored.

Memphis won this game, so you know it's not salty behavior.
