It will be interesting to see the Spurs. I really think there is a chance of an LA trade back to Portland with
Nurk and Zach out (again) for the forseeable future. LA is an expiring contract and I wonder what the Spurs
would want from Portland

I haven't had any desire to see lma back in Portland after leaving us with no assets to speak of when he knew he was leaving. However, in a final push it would be nice to have him replace nurkic at center. But I don't know what pieces really make sense. Nurkic, plus hood, and Collins? It's an overpay but given his contract, it's hard to add salary that doesn't leave us depleted on the wings. Best to just wait and hope he wants to come back ol a vet minimum deal at 35?

Come on, like 8 games from Nurkic doesn't mean we should trade him for LMA. That's nuts.

Hard pass on LMA at any cost

He oozed out of town and then whined about wanting to come back

If the price is right we should welcome anyone back. If LMA was interested in coming here for the MLE next summer we would be fools to say no based past history. At the cost of Nurkic though? No way.

LMA honored his contract and decided to go play for a franchise he saw as having a better chance of winning a title with a better coach and better history of winning. He didn't whine his way out like AD or Harden. At the right price we should be more than happy to welcome him back.

Hood has made more positive plays in the first 90 seconds of this game than he has all season lol

There's no realistic combination of salary that would allow Portland to trade for Aldridge without including McCollum or Nurkić.

That said, late in the 4th, I wouldn't be opposed to Aldridge hitting DeRozan in the back with a chair, then flipping sides WWF style.

How is possible to have this bad of defense? It's comically bad. Stotts needs to go.

Really wish we made a move for DDR. His facilitating would be huge for us. I don't care if he cant shoot 3's. That man would help this team immensely.

The youngsters from the bench were horrible. Anthony was the only bench contributor. I don't care if it is a new big or small, get an NBA qualified player to add to the bench.

I missed the game. I'll be watching it later.

I noticed from the stats, we were crushed on the boards.

I wonder why Lillard got only 23 shots with no CJ. He got 10 3-pt shots, which is about right. I wonder why he got only 13 2-pt shots.

Was the shot quality that different or did one team shoot better with the same quality? How about rebounding?

I'm watching Rockets vs Bulls. Cousins has no legs. Melo is a high wire act compared to Cousins. Watching Cousins hobble around gives me a renewed appreciation for what Sabonis could do with no legs.

When it isn't "his turn" he just stands around 40 feet from the basket so nobody is able to pass it to him. He's so bad off ball it's sad. When it is "his turn" he has a very high level of difficulty on a lot of shot attempts. There were several possessions where Melo brought the ball up. It was weird.

Nothing ever happens on the weak side. I've been supportive of Stotts up until this season but I just don't feel he is pushing the right buttons anymore. Time for a reset.
