This is a BIG GAME in terms of a national audience on MLK Day, verses arguably our biggest threat in the east.

I'm surprised, and not happy, that Kyrie is sitting this one out too.

Maybe we should just pay him for the whole year ... NOT to play? :banghead:

Take it slow with Kyrie, in the overall scheme of things this game means nothing.

The Nets are now a true contender and everything should be geared towards the postseason. I would prefer plenty of DNPs for the big 3, KD in particular on back to backs. Of course it's a balancing act between load management and getting enough reps in as a team but as of right now this is not the final form of our team, not by a long shot - so load manage away.

I read Claxton is a month away from returning, this kid has missed a lot of time already.

We are going to need our bench to step up tonight, TLC and Shamet should get some good open looks but we need them to hit their shots.

Turn overs might kill us, that is another area our coaching staff needs to work on. It should get better as the season goes on and we find our rhythm. Green saved a few last game, good hands, impressive.

No-one will be saying that if we're playing a Game 7 @ Bucks because we lost this game at home.

Thanks Kyrie.

I'm expecting a fat L tonight, the Bucks are built for the regular season and have a lot more continuity than us.

This isn't our final form and we are definitely short a big or two (or three as Deandre still isnt in game shape), so Giannis will probably go for 40.

Series won't go past 5, Bucks aren't a threat

We would have had a much better chance if the BIG 3 were all playing tonight, 4 if you count Harris (I do).

I'm just gonna enjoy watching Harden/KD play again man. These two are must watch TV. So damn fun to watch. If Nets win, that would be amazing but they aren't the faves to win tonight so we shouldn't draw any conclusions based on this game. Nets aren't a complete team yet.

This is not his call, it's the training staff. I would prefer he play when he's at the right conditioning level.

"I think the vast majority of white Americans will only go but so far. A kind of installment plan for equality, and they're always looking for an excuse to go but so far."

He fken nailed it. A total indictment of those holding and supporting established power. They don't want equality, they don't want to give up any power and privilege. They want it for themselves.

THE AGGRESSION from Joe Harris is awesome to see. This is what happens when you play with elite players, they make you better

KD is out here doing Middleton in. MISMATCH!!!!!
