What people need to realize is that Houston has some type of plan for Oladipo, either to pay and keep him or to trade him for more then they could have gotten out of LeVert. I expect Houston will try to convince him to stay in Houston and if they do they'll try to move E.Gordon's contract although he has 3 more years around 19 per year. If/once they know they can't convince him to stay there should be a number of teams willing to give up assets to add a talent like Oladipo to their roster.

On Houston trading Oladipo, you have to know that Houston after engaging with teams about Harden now have a current idea of how a number of teams value their players by who they would be fine moving and also on who/what they would or wouldn't package together. I would not be surprised if they have a decent value of what they "could" end up getting if they're first trying to convince him to stay in Houston. A team like Houston that doesn't hold all their future 1sts usually doesn't look to tank, they look to retool and/or gather other team's assets.

Incredible the massive chunks of time this guy misses. Probably should retire at this point. Clearly his body is not fit for NBA basketball. That or he lacks the mental competence.

No, you keep playing while you can keep getting a NBA salary, more than likely he'll never be able to make this kind of money again. Too bad he has a team option next year but if he gets healthy and can play well for part of the season, someone will pay him.

The Nets are closer to Boston Big 3 than Heats in terms of chip window. They better figure out a way to win this szn coz there isn't much growth opportunities for the 3 parts. ZERO defensively. You can't have Kyrie, Joe Harris, and fat Harden guarding perimeter and expect good results. They have literally coughed up all the points they scored so far.

On a positive note Harden looks like he's getting in a better shape as he's getting srs
