Let's talk reality, and it's time to put away the homer and optimistic glasses and look at things for what they are.

1. This team needs a new owner. I am not going to sit here and blame Taylor as an owner who is cheap or won't spend money, but he is an owner who knows nothing about basketball and meddles in basketball decisions. I appreciate Taylor and the fact that he wants the team kept here, but new blood is needed. Get KG back in here.

2. In theory, I like what Rosas did with the roster by unloading and reloading with younger or cheaper options, they just weren't the right options and I truly question his talent and roster evaluation/construction. The idea of small ball is outdated in the sense that teams are playing that style, but aren't doing it with small players. I would prefer to see changes here as well.

3. Ryan Saunders is an absolutely great person, and a positively terrible coach. He may be a great assistant, but culture, philosophy, rotations, in game decisions, and player development has been nose diving. He needs to go, and as much as many people will hate it, we need a hard ass, no nonsense coach , or maybe even poach a guy like Chris Quin from the Heat coaching tree.

4. KAT is our biggest asset and greatest liability. One cannot question if KAT is our best player, he is. One cannot question if KAT is one of the best bigmen in the league, he is. One can question how long he will want to stay and what happens to his trade value when other teams know he is forcing our hand. Once the draft lottery is set, it will be time to sell high.

5. Protecting players like Rubio, DLo, and others can stop now. Take the best offers with picks or prospects that come up.

6. Rebranding. Seems like a silly assertion, but with the changes coming it's time to change. The Timberwolves are dead, the Wolves are here. Color scheme and logo need to change, sharper and edgier look. This hopefully reflects a new culture and team.

I get it, this is a pipe dream and completely unlikely to happen, but this was therapy for me after watching every game so far this year and last.

Lol logo, uniform, and stadium just changed 2 years ago. That’s not happening anytime soon

Exactly l! The wolves need a new owner, and new gm and head coach and they have to be exciting names.
With what has happened with Wiggins, Kat (he should be a superstar) and now Edwards there is NO WAY Cade Cunningham, Evan Mobley, Emoni Bates, Chet Holmgren will want to play for this sorry organization otherwise!!!

I never mentioned stadium...and maybe they were changed 2 years ago, but that doesn't change the reasoning for changing it moving ahead.
