Kuz is the lowest IQ, least dependable player on the roster by some distance. This loss is on Vogel's poor judgement to trust Kuz over Caruso / Wes in the clutch and Lebron's pathetic effort tonight.

Kuz - 25 mins - 15p-10r, +/- (-13)
Caruso - 20 mins - 7p-4a, +/- (+7)

Even THT had a better +/- without even coming off the bench tonight

Losing after leading by 19 pts and leading at the end of the 2nd and 3rd quarters had not happened to the Lakers since last season. This loss stinks of Clipperland. :noway: :noway: :noway:

We lost this game because both LeBron and AD didn't care, they were too busy with their political speeches before the game. On to the next one, but this team somehow looks bad at home and they have to figure it out sooner than later.

I stopped watching with around 4 mins left. I actually thought they had it in the bag. Was shocked to find out they lost when I checked an hour later.

Really piss poor effort to protect that lead. They kept allowing the warriors to stay in the game .. & finally win it

Has nothing to do with political speeches. They are on cruise control. I get it, they just won a chip and it was the shortest turn around in league history. I especially get it for LeBron being 36, but AD should be establishing himself as the clear cut MVP imo.

If there is such a thing as a good loss, that’s what this was. Teachable moment.

The lakers have looked lackluster so far this year but it's kinda expected. Coming off a championship, along with a shortened off season. LeBron completed his #revenge_season and #washedking mission last year. Anthony Davis got his first ring so I just think these guys are taking a measured approach. I also think LeBron is teaching AD how to physically manage a season where there's high expectations because AD has looked checked out for most of the season. For 10 years we cared about regular season wins because that's all we had. now that we are in championship mode, I could really careless about regular season games on a Monday. I'm sure warrior fans didn't care when we were beating them in the regular season when they were winning championships. We just need to continue to build team chemistry on and off the court. Dennis continues to make head scratching passes to guys that result in turnovers. I assume over time we will become a more cohesive unit. As long as we are healthy when it matters I think we will be fine. Also, winning games while being engaged for a quarter or two is not a good thing. I'd rather lose.

Dumb, Dumber and Dumbest.
Dumb Kuzma
Dumber Vogel for playing him
Dumbest Pelinka and Jeannie for drafting him, then hold on to him and give him an extension. :noway:

Pathetic. How can you lose this game ? That's what you get for only playing two quarters of basketball. Eventually it's going to bite you :banghead:
I hope the team goes back to the winning basketball they've showed us the last few games.

Caruso didnt have a good handle on the ball and was in a dead end, called a quick time out to reset, to try to get a shot off.
Better than just fumbling the ball around and losing the game that way.

I don't know how Schroder passes the ball to Caruso who's covered with only a few seconds left.

A timeout wasn't called before that because Lebron was in a perfect position in transition to take the ball the basket. Even with Lebron deferring the shot, Schroder was still in good position to make a move as well. Horrible possession all around.

Cohesion is really hard to establish worthy for us and most teams.

Covid has made it so they can’t practice. They can’t have shoot around. They can’t even have team meetings and sessions that pass longer than 10 mins. I mean a zoom film session is just weird. There just ain’t a way to get full on reps together

Kuz is permanently dumb. Vogel had a lapse cos Kuz shot those 3s early in the game.

+/- stats may lie for 1 game, but not over multiple seasons mate.

Caruso started Game 6 of the finals for a reason, and ranks as the 3rd most important player on this team in my opinion.

You think too much of his extention.. Let's wait and watch it unfold next year, as his contract makes it impossible to keep Caruso, THT, Trez and Schroeder around.
