I didn't want to give you advice per se but that is what I would have done. Nobody knows what the Hell is going to happen and that includes people that are or think they are very advanced in playing the markets.

100% you can play the what if game...but this is a company that isn't trending up because of earnings or announcement...its being inflated by the market. So you can play ebbs and flows but at the end of the day if people sell it for there own purposes the stock will tank.

Basically just have to look at it like this.

Someone just knocked on NLR door and handed him a check for 40k....he could take that right now. Or he could have nothing and hope that person comes back tomorrow and it maybe be 60k....or it maybe 5k....

Take the 40k gift IMO and have no regrets
