That's right, Durant is out for rest.

The Beard and Kyrie will probably play a hard 46 minutes tonight :noway:

Don’t be surprised if Harden looks a little out of sorts at times tonight. Most players that are strong enough to guard him aren’t quick or fast enough and the quick and fast guys he just overpowers. Dort is a damn tank and is a basketball player in a linebackers body. He has a unique combination of foot speed and strength to really make James work for everything he gets. Plus he was freaking relentless fighting through screens in the playoffs when we tried to get him switched off. I feel like even though Harden put up numbers against him some games, I hadn’t seen him have to work that hard to score in the 8 seasons he was in Houston.

Shouldn't this Game Thread replace the Nets vs Atlanta in the Sticky section?

I'm not making any demands. I'm new here and happy to be here. Just a suggestion/question.

Kyrie took a weeks vacation and this makes a few days off for KD, only one on back-to-backs.

When does James Harden get a day off?

BTW: Green Font = sarcasm....... :D

Anyhoo......We are going to need Joe and TLC to have strong showings tonight. OKC beat us in the last one, so we need to pull out all the stops.

Nash basically confirming we will sign another contract tomorrow lol

I’m pretty sure he already knows who the next addition is.

Should be a W even without durant. Kyrie/Harden need to put an exclamation mark on this one. need to get something from perry. anything. Bruce Brown should see some good minutes. needs to awnser the call.

Will TJ gets mins this game? I sure hope so. Probably mins for Shamet too.

Also I hope Nash doesn't play Kyrie and Harden 40+ mins

Losing KD tonight means less defense and rebounding. Not confident.

This Thunder team hasn’t dropped off much from losing Chris Paul whatsoever. Same grit and scrappy basketball.

I’m not confident in a win tonight. I hope whoever we sign before tomorrow makes up for it.

Spread is -6.5, they technically should cover, but they’ve been winning games yet missing the cover by 2 or 3 a number of games.

Still couldn’t see taking OKC getting less than +9.

Tight line imo. If they go down by 4 or 5 sometime early can probably get them at -2.5 in game and then I love them.

Bruh, the Thunder and Cavs are about on the same tier and have similar records lol

OKC has more vet pieces that are Nets killers like George Hill and Al Horford meanwhile, Dort has historically owned James Harden.

Green seems like the cool Uncle who would slip you a Coors Light at the family BBQ when you are 17.

Return to Brooklyn Nets
