Lol.. What a terrible win. I won't be high giving after those TOs and the last two shot misses.

Why was KCP not played in the clutch instead of Trez?

Lakers playing bored.

Extremely lucky with the win. Could have easily been 3rd loss in a row

Wow. Dumb plays in the last minute. Dodged this one for the Philly game perhaps.

Ya Gasol has looked 2 steps slow ever since that Raps title. Having a tough time figuring out where he fits on this team.
Idc about the rest, but he's gotta make a 3 someday.. I mean he's been clunking some wide open looks all season. Feels awfully similar to the year Danny Green had for us.

When he evolved into a decent 3pt shooting big back in Memphis, I believe that corner 3 was his spot. Maybe they should have him spot up in the corner instead.
Either way, his game might be too slow at this point in the season.

AD stat line looks good but he did not play a good game. Alot of settling for jumpers and standing around on defense. There was no protection of the paint. When we say we miss Dwight it's days like this when the paint is being lit up and Theis looks like an all star that we point to.

Any win against the C's is a great win, no matter how ugly.
We played like it was our 6th road game in a row.
It was ugly in the 3rd and at the end of the game but any time we beat the C's it is a thing of immense beauty.

When they beat us by 30 .. Theis blew by Dwight and Javale multiple times. And Kanter outright plunked Dwight in the paint. Don’t revise things.

That 9 man rotation may need to be used more. Or a 10 man on nights you don’t want to play THT too much. But it’s clear we can’t play 11 guys, not enough mins or time for that

I'm still mad at Davis, he can play much better and he almost cost us the game late in the 4th. Anyways, it's always huge to win in Boston and get back on the W column.

27 pts/14 rebs looks good but we need to look deeper to realize that he needed 25 attempts to get to 27 points, was a -10 when he was on the court which was the lowest for the team. Of the 14 rebs, only 8 was defensive, Tatum had more, btw 0 blocks. You are right about him settling for jumpers, anyway this is what happened with 5 mins and change left
5:35 Anthony Davis misses 19-foot pullup jump shot 85 - 85

2:05 Anthony Davis misses 16-foot two point shot 93 - 89

1:27 Anthony Davis misses 16-foot jumper 96 - 91

51.7 LeBron James misses 28-foot three point jumper 96 - 93
10.8 Kemba Walker blocks Anthony Davis 's 17-foot two point shot

AD has always said he doesn't want to play the 5. And I see why. More banging. More interior scuffle. More physicality. He wants to freelance. Play perimeter. Help D from the backside. But our roster moves, has him more 5.

19 FREAKING POINTS after halftime, you will think they will talk about how to get the best possible attempts to score, but here is what happened.

11:25 Kentavious Caldwell-Pope misses 27-foot three point jumper 52 - 49

10:58 LeBron James misses 26-foot three point jumper 52 - 51

8:05 Lakers Full timeout 58 - 60
7:42 LeBron James misses 18-foot pullup jump shot 58 - 60

7:17 Marc Gasol misses 27-foot three point jumper 58 - 60

2:44 LeBron James enters the game for Dennis Schroder 68 - 70
2:31 Anthony Davis misses 16-foot two point shot 68 - 70

2:04 Talen Horton-Tucker makes 14-foot two point shot (Anthony Davis assists) 70 - 70

35.9 LeBron James lost ball turnover (Robert Williams III steals) 70 - 76

7.7 LeBron James makes free throw 1 of 2 71 - 78

0.0 End of the 3rd Quarter
Schroder tried to penetrate and pass to Harrell but Tresz can't seemed to catch properly a couple of times, AD made those 12 footers but missed several 16-17 footers in the 4th quarter.
Kuzma revealed that this team is NOT PRACTICING, to a point I understand the value of pacing and conserving energy but still, they could have spend 30 minutes working on their offensive sets to get higher % shots.
