Are starters on a contender. Let's draft some more :-D

I wouldn't complain about signing one either...that Gary Trent Jr kid, for example

Blazers love notwithstanding, the Knicks have GOT to start bringing in guys like that. Trent would be a great addition.

I'm really hoping that we sign him or Horton-Tucker. An IQ - GTJ/THT - RJ - Julius - Mitch starting lineup should be a playoff team. Meaning we could be patient with our picks and let them beat out Knox & Frank for bench gigs alongside Obi & Burks / Bullock / Noel (or other cheap depth-FAs like that), to start out.

No worries here -- no shame in losing to one of the best teams in the league on a day when they're shooting the lights out. RJ and Quick keep looking better each game. The only minor complaint is that I think Thibs took a little too long to put RJ back in in the 2nd half. Whatever, on to the next one.

That would have been a dangerous pass though. There was not a lot of separation.

Guys also need time with him so they can learn to anticipate Obi's off-ball runs. He can be very dangerous as a cutter, but it can take a little bit for players to figure out when & where to look for him...especially with how much else this team has had to figure out on the go.

Quickley isn’t making that pass regardless I’ve seen him look off Rj as well. He’s looking to score he’s not the guy to create for others.

RJ really earned their attention. Can't wait to see him when he's added the 3ball & we're letting him run even more PnRs.

I think in today's game, a true PG isn't as necessary when you have wings and forwards who are capable ball handlers

Nah.

Honestly with the way this roster is constructed Quickley is probably better off coming off the bench as that 6th man while rj and Randle can be the main go to guys in the first unit.

When Quickley is on the floor I want the ball in his hands he’s to good to not have it in his hands if you start him with Randle and Barret I think that kind of takes away from Quickleys glow.

Payton is garbage so everyone wants to start Quickley but if you can obtain a solid point guard who is comfortable playing off ball and can hit that 3 efficiently that would be helpful then you let Quickley run the 2nd unit.

We gotta trade him sooner than later if he’s not going to be getting much playing time here on out. Those DNPs can stack and devalue a player. Already happened with DSJ & Frank.

2018: Shai 11th, MPJ 14th
2017: Mitchell 13th, Bam 14th
2016: Sabonis 11th
2015: Booker 13th

With a good scouting staff, there's still a great chance of nabbing a great player there.

Three Wildcats out of the six players listed.

Knox and Frank RIP. Westchester requests incoming.

What's ironic is that they are easily replaceable with Frank and Knox now. But thibs gonna thib I guess.

it doesn't matter as much if your PG is playing more off-ball w/ wings and forwards who are capable running the point. + IQ is doing well as a P&R ball-handler (73rd percentile entering today)
