Before the season, based on Jaylen's production up to that point, his negative assist to turnover ratio, inability to dribble the ball in traffic, non-existent playmaking, sometimes awful team defense and streaky shooting, I dared to put Jaylen lower in my rankings than everyone on here. Teeth were gnashed and pearls were clutched. It was really a site to behold. Jaylen has really taken his game up to another level I didn't anticipate. He no longer has to look down while dribbling, he's no longer a streaky shooter and Brad finally has brought him out from the corner and allowed him to use the speed/power advantage he's had since he's come into the league, like I've been asking for for years. He's simply a much improved player (except on defense where his play has definitely taken a downturn) from the past. So how about an updated ranking based on 1/4 of the season being completed? This won't elicit negative reactions whatsoever I'm sure.

oh no..does...does this mean he's not a top 25 player? Yep, but he's soundly in that Murray, Mitchell, Brogdon, Hayward, McCollum, Oladipo, Trae, Gobert, Lavine, DeRozan, Wood, Grant, Booker group. He wasn't in the same tier as many of these guys before this season so it's an improvement!!
