Bam doesn't know how to use his physicality effectively when taking guys off the dribble. He struggles maintaining his dribble when taking contact which makes him avoid contact which allows guys to stay in front of him.

Bam would be better off taking guys off the dribble with a head of steam similar to how Giannis attacks the paint.

Bam should be developed as a pick and roll/pick and pop PF and develop his mid range post game similar to Lemarcus Aldridge/Kevin Garnet.

I’d love to see Adebayo start working with Bosh.

Theres some people on this squad, mainly Dragic, that would have to sit out a few games if Riley was coach, for conditioning purposes. He is not in Heat shape.
