Aaron Gordon Out 4-6 Weeks

Post#1 » by Howard Mass » Tue Feb 2, 2021 12:28 am

Aaron Gordon is going to be out 4-6 weeks with the ankle sprain.

https://sports.yahoo.com/report-magic-forward-aaron-gordon-224538913.html

The good news is he will be back before the NBA Trading Deadline on March 25.

This will help his trade value if The magic decide to move him.

I hope he recovers quickly as it was a very unfortunate injury last night.

Lost complete interest in this season, so Lowry did a dirty play on AG....again.....

BTW the basketball God's are saying to Magic management "you need to pull the plug on this season, maybe this decade".

The basketball gods are making the decision for Weltman and Hammond and pulling the plug on this operation.

The way we handle injuries, he’ll be out for the rest of the season and still not be 100% for the next season opener.

AG playing PG was an injury waiting to happen. Vuc probably next since they'll ride him even more.

There was a time when I fully supported AG and cheered for him to live up to his potential. But then the more we got to see him play and watch him finally become a starter, the more obvious it was that he wasn't gonna reach it... because of one thing... Aaron Gordon is soft.

We needed to trade him a long time ago. The longer we keep him the more he will expose himself and lower his trade value.

This sucks for my fantasy team. This helps for the tank though.

Are the basketball gods going to fire them? Because I really don't want them in charge of the rebuild. I'd prefer to have someone running this organization that specializes in something other than filling out injured player exception applications. I also don't want Clifford coaching a roster with young talent should we somehow stumble our way into some.

From your link:
The Magic are so decimated at forward without Isaac, Aminu and now Gordon.

In mathematical terms, to decimate is to disassemble to the smallest parts. It is a fitting statement to say this Magic team is "disassembled."

Keep wearing those low cut sneakers. I worn them for years till I started spraying my ankles really bad 2-3, times. Starting wearing high tops and habe never had a severe ankle sprain since. I loved my kobe to play ball in but they where just to low cut. Hope he heals up well.

Funny, we pile up the roster over the years with non-guards and now we got none. Tankathon baby!

I hope this injury didnt lower his value becouse we really need to trade him. He doesnt move the needle this year and we wont have enough minutes for everyone next year.
