He’s never moved the needle. Lol

Well in the past he moved the needle towards losing but this year we doesnt need his help, we are bad with or without him. I really doesnt see much upside to keep him any longer. Maybe we can get better package in the offseason, but thats far from sure. Biggest problem is he wont move us into top 5 in case we fall in the lottery, and there is no superstar to trade him for with other assets. Are we really going to trade him for late lottery or even worse ? Thats sad.

This team isn't worth watching with Fultz being hurt, along with the pandemic. And especially with Weltman/Hammond in control. Team is just such a waste of time to invest in. Old men in nice offices and suits getting rich and paid for doing nothing, along with the continued support they get from the CEOs/owners just has drove me away from this franchise for now.

that injury had nothing to do with him playing PG

Of course it did lol. A little 1v1 pressure at halfcourt and his goofy handling got him injured. Not only does he not have the skills for that role, but he also would not have been put in that scenario at halfcourt if he was playing his regular role.

His value was low before the injury. Now it's trash.

EWWWWw...that's rough for a guy whose real game is highly, no - freakishly athletic. This trade deadline SHOULD be a critical juncture in AG's career but, if he's still hobbling a bit or playing tentatively, he's got little or no trade value. I keep saying he'd be a monster on the right team...and this ain't it. This injury couldn't come at a much worse time. I really don't want to have a cloud over his impending free agency season next year, with his Agent whispering "superstar" in his ear.

The good news is he will be back before the NBA Trading Deadline on March 25.

This will help his trade value if The magic decide to move him.

I hope he recovers quickly as it was a very unfortunate injury last night.

From your link:
The Magic are so decimated at forward without Isaac, Aminu and now Gordon.

In mathematical terms, to decimate is to disassemble to the smallest parts. It is a fitting statement to say this Magic team is "disassembled."

..

The use of "decimated" is actually fitting due to what's happening to this team as a result of injuries and what's happening to fans watching this team run a poor ball handling PF at backup PG.

verb
past tense: decimated; past participle: decimated
1. kill, destroy, or remove a large percentage or part of.
"the project would decimate the fragile wetland wilderness"
2. HISTORICAL - kill one in every ten of (a group of soldiers or others) as a punishment for the whole group.
"the man who is to determine whether it be necessary to decimate a large body of mutineers

I had similar injury year ago. Still dont have full range of motion and propably never will again. I hope AG have better physiotherapists.

I'd prefer to have someone running this organization that specializes in something other than filling out injured player exception applications. I also don't want Clifford coaching a roster with young talent should we somehow stumble our way into some.

It truly is a frightening thought. So is knowing that Martins will have a final say on their replacements.

I think knowing the fact that if we somehow lucked ourselves into a top 3 pick Weltman would pass on Suggs for Evan Mobley would lead me to want whatever GM Martins selects next making that pick instead though.

It's still a horrible position to be in regardless. I have zero faith in this organization at any level.

I was going to say that Clifford was going to create a hilarious way, not to give minutes to Bamba and he's doing exactly that.
Is there any explanation for not playing Bamba now that Gordon is out?

Many explanations beyond his physical including being lazy, eating during film sessions, not being good during practice, having bad attitude. We will know someday. All the youth is playing beside him, lets stop making excuses for Bamba.

Clark, Ennis, Bone, and Bacon will be major minutes players moving forward; has a casual NBA fan even heard of those four.

This team is just not good.
