Had no idea Moses Malone went undrafted why didn’t they teach us this in school?

This was Frederick VanVleet. That was the adult in the gym. He was just a tremendous sort of rock. He willed us to a lot of different situations. He was a stud. He really was an adult in the gym.

And Moses was undrafted in a much different way, signing out of high school with the ABA

Congrats Freddy. I might call you a midget, but you're our midget.

Me and my buddies always said he should be playing over Joseph. And on another note, he's a cool, humble dude as well. Saw him one in the Strabucks on Bathurst and Fleet(yes). Talked Toronto, the Raptors, his experience with the city. Very easy to chop it up with. He's a good person.

That is a beautiful thing with Senior. Humble and humility on display since the post-draft party speech/disappointment up to getting the bag. I expect NOTHING to change with Senior going forward. A true gentleman.

And a scholar, sir.

First of all - major, major congrats to FVV. Very happy for him. Played his heart out and he deserves the recognition.

Lowry was outstanding tonight as well. Triple double. The guy can still be a major contributor to a contender. I really hope the Sixers will call about him at the deadline. I'd like to see him play for something meaningful.

Siakam - despite the poor shooting night and turnovers, he still managed to be a +15. This is interesting because to me, after having watched the game, I think this is who Siakam is. Yes he's capable of shooting it better (both from the floor and from 3) but he's a toolsy complimentary player, not a superstar. Think Draymond Green in his prime. Can do a bit of everything but you won't go anywhere if he's the best player on the team and the center of the offense. If we're going to keep Siakam long term, we need to be looking for someone to take that alpha scoring spot.

Watson - played garbage time as per usual but I think he could be a diamond in the rough like FVV. Great athleticism, smooth looking shot and good size for a wing.

Powell - looked good coming back from the injury. Really think that if he's not our starting SG of the future, we should be moving him at the deadline as well.

Curry and Harden are inefficient chuckers compared to Fred.

Very weird how he got the record too. It was like Orlando just stopped guarding him lol.

They were guarding him over aggressively for the 3 so he took advantage and either drove past or cut.
