Everything was within the flow of the offense, barely anything was forced, he was open for a lot of them.

It almost seemed like Fred was playing in slow motion. The 3s had a special sound to them tonight.

awesome clip

great moment at the end especially with kyle giving the speech

Fred knew exactly what was about to happen with the smile and the point with the left had to what's happening behind the open door.

We have such a good culture with this organization, everyone is celebrated. It makes no sense free agents aren't flocking to this team and these group of guys. :nonono:

Love how our guys fight for each other as hard as for wins. Look how **** hard and effectively McCaw and SJ play. The fact that we're even in a position to applaud or yell at SJ's play is in itself astonishing.

Amazing how the drives to the hoop become so easy when that shot falls. After his kid was born in the run to the championship he seemed top three in being dangerous especially his clutch shooting. The naysayers need another team because this is Fred's team now. Hubie Brown knows what he was talking about.

The amount of open looks our team got and then the shots just became easier because one guy had it going... just imagine if we had that kinda player consistently putting up 28 points (efficiently of course).

Between Lowry's continuation and Fred's supernova, now nobody is ever going to remember this game for Norm's spectacular thunderbrick.

Lowry was outstanding tonight as well. Triple double. The guy can still be a major contributor to a contender. I really hope the Sixers will call about him at the deadline. I'd like to see him play for something meaningful.

Siakam - despite the poor shooting night and turnovers, he still managed to be a +15. This is interesting because to me, after having watched the game, I think this is who Siakam is. Yes he's capable of shooting it better (both from the floor and from 3) but he's a toolsy complimentary player, not a superstar. Think Draymond Green in his prime. Can do a bit of everything but you won't go anywhere if he's the best player on the team and the center of the offense. If we're going to keep Siakam long term, we need to be looking for someone to take that alpha scoring spot.

Watson - played garbage time as per usual but I think he could be a diamond in the rough like FVV. Great athleticism, smooth looking shot and good size for a wing.

Powell - looked good coming back from the injury. Really think that if he's not our starting SG of the future, we should be moving him at the deadline as well.

Not hard to be a +15 when the team had the 2nd half run they did. Draymond has career averages of 8/6/5 playing with two hall of fame shooters and kd..pascal is the better player. I’ve been critical of pascals game but comparing him to draymond is a slight.

It's not at all a slight. Draymond is a solid player and while I agree with you that Pascal is the better player, they are still very similar skillwise and should be playing very similar roles if that team wants to win.

Fred is the best defender at the PG position, in the entire league. As usual he was giving in all in defense and still managed to get 11 3s! Much respect!
That's why players like Stephen Curry pure one-way players should never be considered All-time great player! In my book, you can't be an all-time great player if you are considered a liability defensively.
That Fred performance was in the flow of the offense, that was great to see!

Now, what do we do with Norman once OG comes back? What do we do with Raptors-GOAT?!
8 games as a starter -Norman : 20.5ppg |50.0 FG% | 43.4 3P% That's All-starish

That might've been the quietest 50 point game of all time. 23 shots? are you kidding me. Freddy wasn't even hunting for his looks until late either. Just a perfectly played game, all within the flow of the game. Wild. Also, he was going hard on the other end too.

I remember people saying similar things about T-Ross's 50 point game. Eveyone was crowning him as the best Raptor of all time and the new DWade etc. One great game does not make a player great. You'd think people around here would have learned this fact by now. But i guess not after reading your post.

Well when you see me, the guy you quoted, crown him the greatest Raptor ever, or Dwade lmfao, you can do that.

Until then ... you can keep your strawman arguments to yourself. And I'll just laugh that you can still find something bitter to post about FVV after that game.

But hey... at least you came with your same convictions, right or wrong.

Yeah..come talk to me when he has another 3 for 17 game while getting stuffed at the rim 10 times. This board never changes. Just last week everyone here was crapping all over him. One good game and all is forgotten apparently.

FVV has been hands down our best player this year
