This is why I don't want Danny to sit on his hands. We have 2 legit dudes. If we surround them with crap the next year or 2 who is to say they don't become the next star asking out

I've legit said that several times. The guys are good enough to compete with anybody. However, we do not have a real 9 man solid NBA rotation. We basically have 7 guys with Pritchard and Bobby. We need a wing and a big. I really want Danny to improve that roster. Doubting that it will happen tho.
Good assessment:

Teams are shooting more 3s now than ever and making them at a higher rate than ever.

Calling all stat nerds, here’s b-ball index’s new impact stat. Ignoring the name, the formula seems pretty good. I like the luck adjusted stats, I quoted because I know you like them as well and don’t know if you’ve come across this yet. Also, it hurts seeing Turner so high.

A lot of Chicago fans voting, I'd guess. Plus Detroit votes, of course.

Conley is in the top 15 for pretty much any impact stat, with the exception of PIPM. He’s had an awesome start to the season. Obviously he will regress some, but that’s why you use impact stats as a tool, and not a ranking system.

Now that Pritchard is back. I think Carson Edwards should absorb all of Teague min. The only games Teague should play should be when Kemba rests. Edwards at least can shoot and hustles

Yeah. You got a point there. Edwards is 10 years younger, as well.
Teague is a step or two, too slow.

The one reason I eventually got behind signing Teague was the idea that, maybe, he was willing to accept a time share arrangement. I'm not as hypercritical of his game as many are on the board, but, I'm going to be frustrated if his playing time doesn't become less consistent as the season goes along, particularly when Langford returns.

I think Teague should be traded on or before the trade deadline.

Gives the Celts more cap space to use on the TPE.

He would be first in line for me to be sent out in any TPE trade.

He's fine when switched out to the perimeter, better than Theis there, but he doesn't defend the paint that well, can't put the ball in the hoop, has brick hands. Good rebounder, but individual defensive rebounding is the most overrated **** in the sport; does anyone know of a source to check what the TEAM rebound-rate is when specific players are on the court?

Even when he plays well, he scores 8 pts on 8 shots. Give Rob Williams 8 shots and you get like 14 pts. What was the difference in this game?

I'm hoping he'll be a bit better over time. I was wondering why he seems to have cinderblocks in his sneakers and then remembered he's coming off a hamstring injury and missed training camp, preseason, and the first several games. He's spoken on it himself and says he's still not in the condition or rhythm he normally is.

Hey I might have been right about something. Go me.

There is not a single team that would take him for free.
