Bosh didn't even have good talent when he was here. TJ Ford? Calderon? JO? Hedo? Bargs? MO PETE?! In the end though, if Siakam gets it together, especially being so mobile, it would be him. But we should compare after Siakams career is over.

Oh, that's one aspect to consider. I have NEVER thought of Bosh as being overpaid.

It was an observation about Bosh not being overpaid, from you bringing up Siakam being currently overpaid.

Yes, Grant and Randle too

This list is what you're using to measure how good players are? By this logic you also think that Carmelo Anthony and Andrew Wiggins
are better than OG Anunoby, and that Derrick Rose and Klay Thompson are better than either Fred or Kyle.

How am I usin this list when I called it weeks before? Accept the facts. Sabonis, Randle, Grant are all having a better season than pascal.. wake up and smell the coffee. Pascal isn't even the all star discussion lol. Doesn't that make you sick? He's been trash lately

They all average more points rebounds assists and have a higher PER and Defensive rating .. that's a clean sheet if I ever seen one. That's how bad siakam has been.. Randle and grant are making more noise than him... at least I knew sabonis was a baller

Empty stats aren't even a excuse.. pascal is the number one option here.

I mean, look at how much Siakam is making lol. Siakam has a good group of players around him and can't get anything done. Bosh had no one ... Calderon? Hedo? Bargs? Come on.... Siakam has more upside though so lets hope he gets there. I'm not the poster who will trash the guy. Just hope he lives up to his contract.

Pascal averages more rebounds and assists than Grant.

A lot of people proving they don't know much about the Raptors.

Bosh is easily the 3rd most talented player to ever wear a Raptors jersey while in their prime. Kawhi and Vince are only players that rank ahead of him.

Bosh was a silky smooth player. Great fundamentals. Torched DPOY Dwight Howard every time they met. You knew he was going to perform every night.

Problem is he wasn't a #1 option but was forced to be one due to all the crap on the team during those years.

You replace Siakam with him a few years ago and we we still win the title. Bosh proved on Miami he can sacrifice for the team and play 2nd or 3rd fiddle.

Siakam is great athletically and superior to Bosh (who was also a good athlete but much slower) but he's rougher around the edges skills wise and also isn't a #1 option.

I draft Bosh 10 times out of 10.

Bosh would work wonders with the Raptors org as it stands. You can swap Bosh for Siakiam and we still win the title.

Saying stuff like swap pascal for bosh and we still win the title doesn’t prove bosh is better.

I could also argue you put pascal on the lebron heat instead of bosh and heat still win 2 titles.

At the end of the day they’re both 2nd options.

to be fair, both players are indeed having great seasons overall.

Randle: 23ppg, 10rpg, 6 apg, shooting 40% from 3 and TS% of 0.580
Grant: 24ppg, 6rpg, 3 apg shooting 40% from 3 and TS% of 0.588

as compared our once all star forward Siakam:

19ppg, 8 rpg, 5apg, 24% from 3 TS% of 0.528

They're putting up nice numbers.

I would argue that neither one of them is as good defensively as Siakam, although Grant is a solid defender or at least was in Denver.

Randle is utter garbage on the defensive end.

I could also make the case that Grant is putting up empty stats on the worst team in the Eastern Conference and that when Pascal was putting up similar numbers last year, he was leading a top 3 team in the conference.

They are both having great seasons for sure. I'm enjoying watching Randle play this year a lot. But saying these guys are better than Pascal is pretty funny. 20 games does not make a career.

Using all-star game voting is even funnier.

Basically it's Bosh when Siakam has a bad game and Siakam when Siakam has a good game. Whole lot of Stephen A Smiths up in here.

That is simply not true. Head to head in the 38 games that they played against each other this is what their stats look like, (I'm going to round the numbers):

Bosh: 21 ppg, 9rpg, 2apg, 1spg, 1bpg

Howard: 21ppg, 14rpg, 2apg, 1spg, 2bpg

Bosh tend to hold the ball for two long. So it would depend on the makeup of the team.

Can’t have a higher ceiling when bosh was a more skilled offensive player. I’ll also remind you siakam turns 27 in a month...bosh left here at 25.

Siakam had issues with the nets in the bubble then got locked up by smart/jaylen brown. At least the magic were the best defensive team in the league.

ya no way any of those players are better than Siakam overall.

but both of them having solid seasons are unexpected - thus fans voting for them. if they were putting up their career averages they wouldn't sniff any voting traction.
