It's comical how every fanbase overvalues their offerings in concerns of trades. Lauri and Hutch do nothing for the Lakers

IDK, Lakers could use a guy like Lauri to supplant Gasol and give them better spacing in starting line-up. It would allow AD to still pretend he's not a C.

Lauri would kill their defense and his contract situation makes him even less interesting. I really don’t see the point for them. They’d probably prefer to waive Hutch, no way he’s a positive asset for them (or anyone, really).

Plus they lose Bald Eagle who's a money glue guy on the second unit and they lose THT which future proofs the franchise. Kuz is still trade bait IMHO

Couple of ideas. Coby White for Seyku Doumboya. Valentine for Terrence Ferguson. Satoransky for Azzubuke and 2 round pick. Thad Young for Patrick Patterson and second round pick.

i preffer Bulls to keep Lauri and resign 15-20 mil per year longterm deal if they find new pg and real center to get most of him. If not Lavine,Markkanen, Bulls 21 frp for Ben Simmons, Lauri,White,Carter,Young and 3 frp for Beal and R.Lopez. Markkanen for Saric,Jevonte Carter and frp top 10 protected Suns. Knox,Nikitlina and Knicks 22 frp for Lauri.

I'd want him, but we have precious little trade assets with how poor most of our non-Lavine (who I'd want to keep are playing), but I would certainly put Lauri, Otto, Thad, Carter, Coby and even PWill and our 1st, unprotected out there to work a deal.

I think Simmons and Lavine are a real foundation that could attract a 3rd star and get us to contention.

I’d trade anyone besides LaVine or Patrick Williams. Then they can just sign Bradley Beal the following offseason.

Williams

Williams has lost his protection label from me. He isn't showing "elite talent" anymore...he should be on the table.

He is a rookie that's played 20 NBA games. How can you come to that conclusion?

Not saying he won't become one, but I am at the point where I'd trade "potentially elite" for elite, if that was what was required.

why on earth would the best team in the conference trade their second best player? why would they listen to any offer from us that didn't start with lavine?

It has more to do with the years left on his deal and his two-way potential.

I could see them looking to move Simmons in a Harden deal (or three way deal), but now that Harden is in Brooklyn, this rumor is BS. They have no reason to break things up already.

??? AK said fk no to Lauri 15~20 whatever the amt was and will get outbid. Its time to trade him.
I am expecting 25~max which is the worst outcome I expected.
Doncic will be goat. Lauri will be his sidekick.

Lavine and Hutchinson for M.Robinson, Knox, Nikitlina and Dallas 21&23 frp (23 is top 10 protected). Bulls make sure to avoid number 7 pick and place in top three in lottery while aquiring center for the future in Robinson and taking flier on Knox and Nikitlina. Dallas pick this year could very likley end up in late lottery or in worst case mid first round. Bulls would have P.Williams as sf, M.Robinson as center, possibly Markkanen if resigned as pf, White,Knox,Carter as second unit and chance to select pointguard of the future Cade/Suggs in 21 draft or J.Green to replace Lavine as starting sg. Plus cap space to sign either pg or sg of the future through free agency. With late lottery pick in 21 they could gamble on athlethic upside of Greg Brown,Keon Johnson or B.Boston.

Any Lavine to NY deal needs to be centered around Quickley....he would be a nice PG of the future

Quickley, Knox, and the Dallas FRPs for Zach

That's giving away Zach. Gotta get more back.
