How are people saying that Pascal has a higher ceiling than Bosh did when he was on the Raptors? It's crazy to me.

Siakam is almost 27 years old. He's a 1x All-Star, and he won a Championship as a third option, not a second option. Lowry was our second best player and has always been the engine of the team.

When Bosh was 27 he was 6x All-Star (maybe 7x). In his last season in Toronto (at 25 years old) he averaged 24 / 11 with a PER 6 points higher than anything Pascal has ever put up at any point in his career. Bosh also didn't play with anywhere near the talent that Pascal has had around him either.

Pascal is a very good player, but the man has gone through some serious struggles despite being surrounded by a ton of talent throughout his career. Imagine what it would look like if the best player we ever put around him was Jose Calderon? We'd be a perennial 22-win team. The Bosh era was forgettable, but the man was damn good. I also don't get the soft talk with Bosh. He got soft on the boards in Miami, but in Toronto, few bigs got to the line more than he did and he was one of the best rebounding power forwards in the league.

Bosh is easily the 3rd most talented player to ever wear a Raptors jersey while in their prime. Kawhi and Vince are only players that rank ahead of him.

Bosh was a silky smooth player. Great fundamentals. Torched DPOY Dwight Howard every time they met. You knew he was going to perform every night.

Problem is he wasn't a #1 option but was forced to be one due to all the crap on the team during those years.

You replace Siakam with him a few years ago and we we still win the title. Bosh proved on Miami he can sacrifice for the team and play 2nd or 3rd fiddle.

Siakam is great athletically and superior to Bosh (who was also a good athlete but much slower) but he's rougher around the edges skills wise and also isn't a #1 option.

I draft Bosh 10 times out of 10.

That is simply not true. Head to head in the 38 games that they played against each other this is what their stats look like, (I'm going to round the numbers):

Bosh: 21 ppg, 9rpg, 2apg, 1spg, 1bpg

Howard: 21ppg, 14rpg, 2apg, 1spg, 2bpg

Can you provide his stats vs D12 as a Raptor?

In 24 games:

Bosh: 24ppg, 10rpg

Howard: 21 ppg, 13rpg

Knowing how Bosh's career ended early I'd take Siakam for his entire career over Bosh for his. Bosh isn't ahead of Siakam by much, you got to remember that Bosh was a one man show in Toronto and then a role player in Miami.

Bosh was better on both ends. Pascal game is very limited in half court sets. Pascal is better in a track meet type of game but in playoff style basketball it’s not close..

The amount of disrespect for Bosh here is incredible. 11x time all star, 2 titles, Olympic gold, guaranteed to get into the HOF. Check the tapes.

Siakam would need 10 more all star appearances just to match Bosh. I'll be happy if we get 5-6 more out of him.

For real, put Bosh on our team instead of Siakam last year and we go to the finals no doubt. Bosh didn't didn't have a single other all star, he had horrible defenders around him.

Also Boshs IQ was amazing. It takes a smart and humble player to adjust from being a 24/10 beast as a first option to a 16/9 luxury third option beside two HoF players and win 2 titles. Bosh was on his way to a 21/10 year after LeBron left, before the blood clots.

Bosh >> Siakam
