Lakeland Magic Trade Jordan Bone

Post#1 » by Howard Mass » Sun Feb 7, 2021 2:57 am

The Magic have again parted ways with Jordan Bone.

They have traded him to The Delaware Blue Coats who The Magic ironically plucked Frank Mason from to Bone's Two-Way spot.

Bone could one day be a backup with some work in The G League. I wish him well.

I like Bone's game and drive. He just needs to hit his shots. That means a couple summers of 10,000 jumpers a day.
But he has his taste and now knows what it takes to be in the show.

When you compare Bone to Mason the difference in playmaking is evident. Frank engaged Birch more regularly and made some nice passes to the corners. Cole should watch carefully becouse he wont be very useful without those skills.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

Frank is a scorer. Not high level but he is a lot better than Bone, and seems to be a lot better PG at this point.

Bone is still young. He still got a lot of opportunity to make it in the NBA.
