It was a bone bruise, it may be about getting some of these guy's wind back.

MCW & Okeke Haven't been able to do conditioning in a month or so. Chief has been longer.

Carter-Williams looks to suit up for the next game and Aminu is practicing with the team, reportable about 2 weeks from suiting up.

The Wolves game proved that Orlando needs bench depth, so AMinu's return is actually quite good news.

Anyhow:

I look forward to seeing a healthy Aminu. He hasn’t shown anything and I think he’s better than that. He’s not going to replace AG, but he (and Okeke) might provide enough to get the AG trade wheels moving.

It was nice seeing Isaac walking around behind the Magic bench for the Minny game.

Current tracker:

Fournier: 9 games missed
Ross: 1 game missed
Gordon: 2 games missed
Fultz: 13 games missed
Ennis: 7 games missed
Carter-Williams: 14 games missed
Bamba: 14 games missed (perhaps not all to injury)
Okeke: 18 games missed

(Clark has missed 3 games, but not obviously because of injuries)

Coach Clifford is quoted as stating that Aminu will travel with the Magic for the road trip and "might play". So Aminu's return could be as early as 10 February.

Sounds like Fournier is going to miss games with his back, yet again.

Magic F Al-Farouq Aminu, out since Nov. 2019, was a full participant in today's practice and could play in tomorrow night's game in Portland, coach Steve Clifford said.
Michael Carter-Williams also took part in practice while Evan Fournier was not able to participate.

I’m not interested in Chief cutting into Chuma’s playing time.

Happy to hear Evan will be getting some rest. Take all the time you need!

Yup gotta keep Evan healthy for the trade!

All good here...I want a healthy Evan to draw some interest before it's too late. A healthy Aminu for the same reason or, at least, to get Clark off the floor. Aminu, if playing to his ability, might interest a good team missing a solid, physical, vet presence. Okeke, I want healthy to get plenty of PT and develop his confidence and chemistry...he really seems like a "glue guy" and chemistry for passing and team defense look to be critical for his best self.

Yeah... i can do with Clark not seeing the floor again for a while. And Okeke ... should have been edging into replacing clark anyways.

Add Cliffords brain, as he must have suffered a head injury to keep doing what he’s doing at the backup C position, using winning as an excuse when we’ve been losing.

TBF, before AG and Okeke got injured, Clark was seeing 0 playing time. IT was only when we need bodies on the floor that he got to play.

Anthony injured and Aminu re-injured. Let's see how much time they miss and the tracker will be updated accordingly.
