Morris' D on Horford was great too... Putting him on Al swung momentum in our favor and allowed us to get the tie... If we'd have executed better in the final minutes of regulation, we could have avoided OT all together, in fact...

Mathews was really good this series... I hope he finds himself more PT and I'm with you, I'd start him over KCP or Kuz at this point.

I'm starting to wonder if AD's really banged up or they're resting him on purpose right now... He takes so much of the defensive load inside, maybe they wanted to see if Trez would step up and who else would step in and carry some of that load...

Morris and Wes were great... Kuz wasn't terrible, but he had a rather quiet 20/10... His scoring outbursts never seem to have that much impact on games, for whatever reason. He's better on D but still a bit like a squirrel going after a nut at times...

Schroder was great for most of the game, but his passing and decision making at times is a real problem... Passing up open 3s to throw the ball away, dribbling into coverage and throwing the ball away, lazy passes... That's going to be a huge issue in the playoffs if he doesn't figure it out...

THT was also making a lot of errors initiating the offense... We need Caruso back asap.

Great post. You're Dennis point is spot on. THT is going to make mistakes, you just gotta hope they don't negatively affect us too much.

Yeah, I can handle the occasional THT miscue, because his ability to score against pretty much all defenses, usually overshadows it... One thing I've noticed over the last few games that worries me slightly is he looks like he's really beating himself up about the mistakes now... Like maybe the coaches are starting the whole, 'make a mistake, come out the game' thing with him, because, every time he screws up, he seems to look towards the bench and throw his arms up a little... He also hasn't been nearly as effective lately... So I wonder if they aren't riding him a bit too much...
I guess it's actually probably a good thing, because it means they think of him as more of a starter quality player, rather than a bench role player.... But there's a medium, he's young, and we're going to need him at his cocky best during the playoffs.

He is hardly an issue? :nonono: :banghead:

He plays 18 mins I mean he’s not the issue. He has a a higher block rate than Javale or Dwight. He has better defensive numbers than Javale or Dwight. That’s the same thing as last year when he was a raptor and was better than those two.

What we don’t have is AD being the secondary eraser or a fully engaged Lebron defensively.

There is a reason Toronto defense went to **** and it isn’t losing Ibaka. If you want Marc to lockdown the paint play him the minutes Toronto did which was upper twenties over the teens and never in the fourth like Javale

Hell people bitch about Marc but Jokic was neutered by him. Yet the walking box score Whiteside gave up 50

Don't care about the stats. Watch the game. No one is afraid to the drive the lane when Gasol is right there.

We all watch and clearly he isn't the issue. Most of our issues this year have been offensively.

3 straight game won in OTs....
One thing concerned most should be the playing time of Lebron. He played over 40 mins a game in the last 3 games and 35 or above mins the last 5 games.
Beware of wearing James down!!!!!!
