I was worried because he is a Serbian national. I really like the player because he is already playing professional basketball at a high level. I mentioned it before, but Mega the team he plays for is a very athletic team that gets up and down the floor like in the NBA. This is not some typical clutch and grab Euroleague team. It is a team that has produced a number of NBA players. He would be in the first round if he was doing this on Gonzaga.

One other European prospect I have been watching a lot of lately is Ariel Hukporti. He is German Togo background but he is one impressive 7 footer at the age of 18 only. The guy is a monster averaging 10 and 6 and over a block per game in Lithuanian league.

He was the 2020 Basketball Without Borders MVP, so definitely a guy on Masai/Bobby's radar.

I've been watching him a lot too. He's raw but very interesting. He's got size and an excellent frame. He handles the ball pretty well for his size and he can shoot the three. They say he's slow on the perimeter but he looks pretty quick from what I've seen. He kind of looks like a much rawer DeAndre Ayton.

I agree with that comparison. Originally I thought of poorman's Greg Oden, but Ayton may be a better comp. The guy looks pretty good for being an 18 year old playing in a men's league. I also think he is close to 7 feet and has a plus 7 foot wingspan so he may end up getting drafted just based on his size and mobility. What I love about his is he grew up in Germany and played basketball since age 12. So he knows the game and learned English early on. Those things make him less of a concern because he doesn't have to get used to a new culture and sports training.

Was anyone else impressed with Isaiah Todd today? I thought he showed flashes of good ball handling, quite impressive vision and a nice jump shot. I think if he's developed properly he can be a very nice swingman in the NBA.

I don't see why someone like BJ Boston is ranked as a first rounder but Todd isn't even on a lot of draft boards.

Before the G League Ignite debut game I was super excited to watch him. I was really high on him due to his size, fluidity, and ability to shoot the ball(from the highlights I'd seen). Was kinda disappointed with his debut as he seemed pretty much invisible the entire game outside of one nice jumpshot that he hit in the 3rd. Still think he has potential though. Wasn't able to catch the game today though. How was he?

BJ Boston has had a rough college career so far, but he had a pretty great high school career that seems like people have forgotten.

He is also 5th ranked RSCI for his class. Todd is 17th ranked.

Looking at previous classes shows you that RSCI is a pretty good indicator that your prospect could end up an NBA star.

He had 12/7 on 4-12 shooting so not great statistically, but I thought he showed off some nice vision on a few passes he made and some good defensive instincts. He made a few passes that led to assists. I think they need to play him at the 3/4 instead of the 4/5. He was guarding Yurtseven who has at least 50 pounds on him so that wasn't ideal.

High school dominance means very little unless you're LeBron James. Hall of Famers like Kobe, KG, TMac all struggled when they first came to the NBA, but I seriously doubt they would have struggled in college like BJ Boston is.

RSCI is very hit and miss....

In 2014 Mudiay, Cliff Alexander, Okafor, Stanimal were ranked ahead of Myles Turner (5), KAT (7), Russell (16), Booker (20)

In 2015 Skal Labissiere was ranked #2 behind Ben Simmons, but ahead of Jaylen Brown (3), Brandon Ingram (4), Donovan Mitchell (32), Jamal Murray (45),

In 2016 Josh Jackson and Harry Giles were ranked above Tatum (3), Fox (6), Adebayo (8) and Isaac (10), Jarrett Allen (18).

In 2017 Bagley was the top guy, ahead of superior talents like Ayton (3), Sexton (7), Trae Young (21), SGA (33)

In 2018 RJ Barrett was #1, followed by Cam Reddish, Bol Bol and Nasir Little, all ahead of Zion at #5, and Herro (40)

Saddiq Bey is another guy that fell (#19) and he just torched the Celtics.

This draft is supposed to be better. Don't draft Poku, he was bad in his GLeague game too. He's possibly going to take 4 years like Bruno to be helpful.

Is Kispert, this year's S.Bey?

Ayo got a lot stronger and has Illinois ranked at #6.

I also like Franz Wagner as an underrated defender. I feel like his shot is sweet and the % will eventually be closer to 40%.

Kuminga just looks so dynamic. Comfortable dribbling the ball too.

Jalen green has crazy athleticism, he's gonna be a highlight reel. His shooting mechanics look good too..

Kuminga already has that offensive game we all wish OG would develop into. His handles are miles ahead of OG already

I think he'll be like Zach Lavine.
