don't think we can tank anymore but maybe a trade-up is an option,
Raps just need to end up with one high ceiling kid and let the development system go to work

Just weird that he has more turnovers than assists.

Nab Nix or Todd in the late teens!

Nix's stock should be into the lottery now and approaching the top 10. Todd should still be late 1st round.

Jalen Green looks so small out there, he's listed at 6'5 but he really needs to get his weight up
He might struggle as a rookie because of that

I agree. Jalen green needs to play bigger, he is shifty and avoids contact. Ceiling is kind of Kevin Martin.
Kuminga in the other hand, sheesh. This guy is a 3 level scorer in the g league already. In three games, he’s ahead of Suggs, Mobley and Cade at this point.

He's more like 6'4 tops. He's barely taller than Jack, who's 6'3.

Green is skinny like a young Zach Lavine. Let him workout more and get into his 20's. I guess he'll be like a Zach Lavine / Donovan Mitchell player.
Kuminga seems to be more of a PG than Cunningham (SF). Also he's the youngest of the top prospects.
Kuminga
Cade
Mobley
Green
Suggs
Jalen Johnson
Barnes
Bouknight
Moody
Ziaire
Springer
Kispert
Nix
Wagner
Cooper
Greg Brown
Keon Johnson
If the Raptors make the playoffs they can grab one of the ones that drop. There's so much talent that the player they pick could be as good as a player drafted in the 7+ range. Christoper, Todd, Petrusev, Boston, Ayai, Dosunmu, Hukporti, etc.

Yes it’s a pretty too heavy draft. You really ain’t go wrong and just being in a top 10 pick you can get a very solid player.
Reminds me of the lillard draft
Except we picked t Ross

At least he was flipped with a 1st pick for Ibaka!blastttOFF wrote:^^

Same for drafting Poeltl instead of Sabonis, at least he was flipped with Derozan and a 1st pick for a Finals MVP.

I think the depth is more like the 2011 draft! Except they knew who the top players were.
1. Kyrie
3. Kanter
4. Tristan Thompson
5. JV
7. Biyombo
9. Kemba
11. Klay
13. Markieff
14. Marcus Morris
15. Kawhi
16. Vucevic
17. Shumpert
19. Tobias Harris
30. Jimmy Butler
31. Bojan Bogdanovic
Could Kispert be the next Klay?

lol, he's at least the next Doug McDermott. He's a better ball-handler. McDermott was drafted #11 and could never be a full time starter. I think his career will be more like TJ Warren with McDermott's 3pt shooting. Oh ya, I think I mentioned Wally Szczerbiak before.
BJ Boston was probably going to be the next Adam Morrison had they been able to go straight from HS. He would've gone top 5 and struggled mightly even in the GLeague.
If Boston can keep things going like his last 2 games, he could climb back into the teens.

Jalen Johnson opts out for the rest of the NCAA season apparently.

I hope this has him fall to the teens.

It might. Apparently he hasn't been fully healthy since his junior year in High school. He injured his foot at Duke, got sent to the bench and was barely seeing any playing time.

He's done enough to guarantee he's taken in the 1st half of the 1st round. Heal up!

That G-League route looks better and better every day. If I were a top end prospect I wouldn't consider the NCAA unless there was a specific degree I would like to get, but if basketball and my brand was my #1 option it's G-League all the way.
