Love the defensive effort today. Let LBJ get his but kept everyone else in check. Our stars played below their average and we still won easy.

Joe Harris is just too good man. It's ridiculous.

Nash hasn't been perfect but it's kind of cool how he's willing to straight up go with matchups over regular rotations. 1st half, he straight matched Green with Gasol and DJ with Montrez. He did the same thing with the Clippers. It seems basic but I'd say nearly all coaches wait for the playoffs to go with adjustments like that.

Nash did brilliantly with the big matchups tonight. Harrell who has been a huge strength for the Lakers depth this season, was a huge negative tonight.

Let’s beat the Clippers and end this LA trip right.

If we do beat the Clippers, we’d be 8-0 against WC playoff teams:

1-0 vs Jazz
1-0 vs Lakers
1-0 vs Clippers
1-0 vs Phoenix
2-0 vs GS
1-0 vs Denver

We’re the only East team to have a winning record against the West too btw, at least as of a couple days ago. May have changed now, but still, we have the best record against the West out of the East teams by far.

Would be our 2nd win vs LAC if it happens

That was defensive work out there. Harden was his usual efficient playmaker with some great quarterbacking out there again

Harris spectacular

Kyrie hit some timely shots to stem a mini lakers fourth quarter run

TLC was amazing
Shamet is coming around

King Harris

Knight harden

Takeaway is that Lakers just don't match up well with the Nets. They simply don't have the offensive firepower to keep up.

Sure that was without their most important player in AD. But having KD as the smallball C negates AD as well as you can, Nash/dantoni will just have AD run around chasing KD off screens all day since nobody else on the Lakers got a hope of stopping Durant.

LMAO Laker fans are super salty. Oh my god.

“AD will be better than KD and Harden in 5 years”

“Nets will give up lotto picks to Houston in 3 years”

“The Lakers were just short handed”

“LeBron looked tired”

“It didn’t mean much to the Lakers. Let the Nets have their fun”

Ever make a play for hot girl, thinking you have a shot, only to get shot down in public?

Then you walk away and tell your friends, who cares, I don't give a damn about that girl anyway.

That's the equivalent of the Lakers fans above.

Ok gonna leave this here:

zimpy27 wrote:- Harden is not in MVP form now either on the Nets.
- AD is better than Harden right now and will be for the next 5 years
- Harden and KD will be done in 3 years. Picks and swaps 2024-2027 could be a gold mine.
- Just one swap and a choice for the year of an FRP. The choice of a year isn't that good, in 2024 Pels can say yes to pick or say no but have no idea if Lakers will be better in 2025 or not.

We've had a few folks come on here to engage in conversation, and or concern troll, so it's good to see their true colors come out when the Nets smack the Lakers from wire to wire.

Scary hours, guys!! :D What a performance and Kyrie didn't even show up tonight  Imagine if he did and KD played as well  Sky is the limit for this amazing team. Crazy thing is, they can actually improve further because they still building chemistry together. Big 3 still haven't played often together yet. Just hope KD is fully healthy soon but he shouldn't rush and should learn from his former injury mistake in the past.

Love the Roberson add btw. He will add much-needed defence. Just one more center needed and this team is set all-around. Clax perhaps can fill that role if healthy but yeah, one more defensive/rebounding big would be pretty nice.
