- AD is better than Harden right now and will be for the next 5 years
- Harden and KD will be done in 3 years. Picks and swaps 2024-2027 could be a gold mine.
- Just one swap and a choice for the year of an FRP. The choice of a year isn't that good, in 2024 Pels can say yes to pick or say no but have no idea if Lakers will be better in 2025 or not.

We've had a few folks come on here to engage in conversation, and or concern troll, so it's good to see their true colors come out when the Nets smack the Lakers from wire to wire.

What?
This was my response to a Lakers fan who was complaining it was unfair that Harden was cheap. This was second reply arguing that Harden was had for the same price as AD.

But ok

AD hasn’t been better harden this season. Infact AD hasn’t been anywhere near what he was last year

Ever hear the old saying; "... and it wasn't as close as the score indicated."

This is a perfect example. That was such a proper butt-whuppin' that Nash called off the dogs with about 5 minutes left. Pretty much emptied the bench and let the Lakers make the score look respectable.

Slowly all of our critics are changing their tunes.

As the old saying goes, failure is an orphan but success has a thousand fathers.

I'm gonna be curious to see what SAS & Max have to say about the Brooklyn Nets today.

That’s the hilarious part of the excuses. They’ve been better without him. Laker fans kept gushing over this 5-0 without AD record until last night.

The team is starting to gel it seems and everyone is setting into their roles. I wish our bench can maintain some leads thats the only criticism I have right now.

Only ironic part about Kyrie’s FT trash talk is that he hasn’t been hitting FTs himself lately lol.

He was 2-4 last night, 1-4 the game before that.

I'm just happy with the win you can pick the game apart but we were in control from the beginning. Other fans can make excuses but you can only beat whats in front of you and we did. Everyone did their bit but what a night for Joe. Kyrie may not have had his best game points wise but he kept the Lakers defence focused on him leaving Harris to do his thing. I love how the players are proving everyone wrong about them being too selfish and there is only one ball rubbish they are definitely playing as a team and I love it!

So far what I have seen is that if you put Harden with the second unit they can expand the lead. Harden has so much gravity than Tyler Johnson and TLC shoot like prime Klay Thompson around him. When you guys get your big 3 in full force and geling you will be basically unstopable with how deep your rotations can be.

Davis looked good in the bubble tournament "championship" by going up against a banged up Nurkic. Then he feasted on a 4 foot tall PJ Tucker. After that Jokic was going at him so they had to resort to punk moves and fouling (that wasn't called) by Dwight Howard to stop him. Finally Davis got to go up against a much smaller Jae Crowder and for 1-2 games a heavily injured Bam Adeabyo (who is also shorter than him).

Kevin Durant is going to destroy Anthony Davis.

Did anybody catch DeAndre Jordan's block on Harrell?

Last few games have showed us the stuff that we've been hoping for.

- defense has been slowly, little by little, improving
- role definitions are becoming more clear
- guys we've needed to step up are in fact now, stepping up nicely
- we've seen now 2 of the big 3 play together and still have great success (this is comforting in case we get hit with untimely injury or Covid problem)

Glad I had this week off to stay up late each night

lol this was the easiest win of the season. We are going to sweep the Lakers in the finals, bring out those brooms. Can't wait for that parade on flatbush and atlantic avenue. Who's coming?

yeah, no one is shedding tears for us with KD out or when kyrie misses games so im not worried about them not having AD.

We have absolutely SMASHED the best teams in the NBA. despite injury, covid protocol, and playing no defense. like kyrie said, once they click the league will e put on notice

Nets are 5-1 with the big 3
Nets are 5-3 with Kyrie/KD
Nets are 7-2 with Harden/KD
Nets are 8-4 with Kyrie/Harden
Nets are 1-1 with just Kyrie (30 point blowout win over the jazz)
Nets are 1-1 with just harden (huge comeback vs suns)
Nets are 1-1 with just KD (Smashed the knicks)

Teams can't keep up with the offensive barrage. As long as we have 2 of the big 3 on the floor opposing defenses are **** ed. That was the #1 defense in the league we torched without KD.

yeah i mean, when all 3 are in the lineup someones bench needs to go against Harden/Kyrie or KD/Harden for a 4-6 minute stretch. we could build a 20 point lead in that time.

there is just no break. even when one of them is out its still 48 minutes with at least one star on the floor

and hell, with 2 out we still are outstanding. i mean the jazz are 20-1 in their last 21 games and the loss is when kyrie ethered them by himself

It feels great to WIN, period. With 1, 2, 3 or all 4 of the BIG 4 (bout time to accept Joey Buckets gives us a forth lethal option on offense), but I have to be honest, I am SO chomping at the bit to finally get them all healthy and on the court together for an extended run. It's gonna be like Mike Tyson in his prime, when he had most guys beaten the moment he stepped in the ring with those black shoes and no robe. Similarly, most teams are gonna look at all of these lethal weapons and feel defeated at the shoot-arounds.
