To me, he's a lot like Jarred Vanderbilt. Bigger and stronger, but probably not as good on defense.

Iowa Wolves drop to 0-6 today. The team with the worst record in the NBA is the parent club of the team with the worst record in the G-League. Small ball doesn't seem to the be the answer in either league.

I would seriously consider sending Okogie to the G-League. He needs to do something to fix his issues on the offensive end, since his lack of competence makes him virtually unplayable. Maybe a stint where he can handle the ball more and get up some shots could help him get on track.

G League Draft

1.9 Michael Gbinije, G/F (27 years old)
1.19 Ruot Monyyong, C/F, Little Rock (23? years old)
1.22 Samir Doughty, G, Auburn (24 years old)
3.19 Artur Labinowicz, G, Evansville (24 years old)
3.22 Seth Allen, G, Virginia Tech (26 years old)

I think Gbinije can be a good G League player. Second round pick in 2016. He averaged 7 ppg for Santa Cruz in 2018-19, and played two seasons ago in Germany and Lithuania. Was a late cut on the Nigerian basketball team.

Monyyong was the Sun Belt DPOY two years ago. Shot blocker.

Doughty looks like he could be solid too. Good shooter.
