MCW is ruining our tank, his on/off split this season is incredible (+19.7, by far the best on the team) and we are 8-3 in the games he's played. He is a terrible scorer obviously, but he completely changes our defense for the better. Not just with his individual play on this end, but his effort level is infectious and his teammates hussle a lot more too.

If we want to tank properly, he needs to go. But seems like we don't and we have too much talent to be one of the worst teams when mostly healthy.

Anyway, great last quarter by Chuma. Vuc and Evan were obviously great on offense. MCW played incredible D all game.

Okeke is good...trade him for a 2rp before he ruins the tank :banghead:

At least some people gave Clifford credit for leaving him out there. People want to tank but dont even know what it means.

Huh?

Masochist club here.

People are happy Okeke played well and pissed we won another pointless game in a non playoff season with a good draft.

Both can be true.

When you guys are being held up at gunpoint for your wallet do you also tell them you have a safe at home that you can take them to?

The odds are so slim now anyway, you can have the worst record in the nba and easily be picking 7. 14 percent is nothing. The pelicans were middle of the pack when they got Zion. And playing to tank really does make players develop bad habits. AG still has bad habits to this day, i see it in oladipo, elfrid, tobias too. Rather they play to win, and play the right way.

Okeke def needs to play more, i was surprised cliff actually finished with him. Very encouraged by him.

Im pleasantly surprised with Aminu's play too. I really thought he will be washed after his play last year and his 1st 4 mins back. Really happy hes still got something in his tank.

Evan is playing really good, but we cant be fooled by contract year. We need to trade him. Happy he is raising trade value.

You can't have the worst record and pick 7th.

Yeah, I don't think we're the ones who don't know what tanking means.

Yeah, I don't think we're the ones who don't know what tanking means.

So i guess we wont see much Okeke this year becouse he clearly contributes to winning and tanking is opposite of winning. We should trade our veterans for nothing and show Vucevic, Isaac, Okeke, Anthony and all nba players what a loser organization we are. All of this for 14 % or less to get a player who right now is nowhere near biggest stars when they were in college.
I am fine with us losing becouse of injuries, i am against using assets right now, i am ok with tradimg one or two players, but i am not ok with tanking.

Hate to break it to you but we’ve been a loser organization for nearly 10 years now. It’s sad how you can’t see that.

When you guys are being held up at gunpoint for your wallet do you also tell them you have a safe at home that you can take them to?

I can only imagine the reprecussions of losing to a team like the pistons. "Oh this team is garbage.... blow it up.... and trade all the sh*** ass players for a pack of juicy fruit" lol

We do have to remember these players are playing their best for their jobs and future positions as well. If the culmination of all the hard work equals a win... so be it. But apparently we're not as bad as some may hope.... even with 3/5ths of our lineup out.... and a substantial portion of our bench is new or developing. If the organization believes in many of the components of the team... it is what it is... and i hope they are right and their dreams do come into fruition.:-)

P.s. and it's crazy that the warriors without klay thompson is all of a sudden dropping from contender to ...."sh*** team in some peoples eyes" :-D

Lose to Detroit?

This team is obviously not good, but it’s good that we are at least solidifying a high draft pick. Detroit is tanking by not playing Blake Griffin.

Win against Detroit?

Detroit isn’t good. Winning against them proves nothing and sets Orlando further back from acquiring a top pick. If Orlando misses the playoffs or gets swept in the first round this does nothing for the future.

I’ll take the scenario that actually leads to something based on outcome.

You really think Blake Griffin was leading them to wins in 2021? Not really a parallel
