Is Smart going to be on the road trip or will he stay home?

Welp.

More opportunity for PP and Nesmith. And for Kemba to get more reps. The B2Bs gonna be harder to navigate.
EDIT: It appears we only have one B2B left. ATL on 2nd day again at the end of current road trip.

Don't play Teague, though.

Smart needs to come back. Lost 3-4 games that smart could have won.

When did Smart get hurt? Seems the initially over optimistic return projections were just that. Calf strains are TOUGH and can easily recur.

I forgot but I knew they were gonna be real conservative with him. Right now he's due back after the All-Star break.

January 30 is when we played LAL.
I think early reports said “as little as two weeks” which seemed overly optimistic, and now we’re looking at 5 weeks minimum.
Not disappointed just hope he comes back with it actually healed.

I have no medical degree other than what Google and WebMD hand out, but I wonder if him getting infected with COVID has had an effect on his body's ability to heal quicker.

Close to a return could mean a week or one and a half years when it comes to Romeo Langford

Am I right that Nesmith hasn’t played since he went down in a weird/painful way in the first half against the Pacers?

If/When Romeo comes back if he immediately gets more playing time than Nesmith I will lose my mind.

Why would you lose your mind? He’s a second year player that’s more talented.

1) Subjective
2) has been off for a long time without gameplay
3) has not earned a spot in the rotation again
4) doesn't bring a skill that is greatly lacking on the team (shooting)
5) Further proves that Brad only wants to play his guys. Be a rehash of forcing Gordon minutes when he was here.
