Rookie contracts lose a lot of their appeal when you are paying Westbrook/Russell/Bertans almost the entire cap. You aren't getting the advantage of cheap labor allowing you to leverage your space.

Edwards is a nice asset to build an offer around, but I don't see how its enough with Russell attached.

Not even close to interesting. It's basically Edwards, filler, and a horrible contract for Beal. And Edwards hasn't done anything yet except be really athletic. Definitely not enough for Beal.
