Re: GMAT FEBRUARY 2021: Discussion
ATTN:
From now until Free Agency starts, RFA’s will agree to 5-year max extensions with max raises:
0-6 RFA’s only:
Year 1: 30M
Year 2: 32.4M
Year 3: 34.8M
Year 4: 37.2M
Year 5: 39.6M
No other contracts will be agreed upon prior to the start of the Free Agency period. PM me if you would like to “max out” your own RFA.
Selling point: if your RFA signs an offer sheet with another team, you will likely only have 3-years of team control, instead of 5-years.
RFA Offer Sheet:
Y1: 30M
Y2: 31.5M
Y3: 33M
Y4: 35.5M (player option)

Please get your roster pages updated
PLayers salaries -= 2020-21 through 2022-23 minimum
Salaries Totalled
Show your Depth Chart
Transactions should be listed in the event of "issues" - players and picks - but it will not disqualify you.
The rosters should remain as 2020-21 for now. Once lottery determined you will be able to leverage you picks with a few days of trading - then the rosters will be updated to 2021-22 and 2022-23 (minimum)
GET ME YOUR RANKINGS Scott.ins@aol.com or PM in best to worst order. I will calculate and send to Madness to determine if we have a lottery or just go in the worst to first draft order.
we all need to keep the draft moving once it starts - SEND LISTS if there is a chance you wont be available - no reason to wait 2 hours to just autopick - or skip - whichever Ness decides to do.

Spurs and Wizards made a trade early on sending LMA to Washington along with picks and some other players I think, and Beal was sent to the SAS.

But beware, though Washington posted the trade in the trade thread, San Antonio never confirmed it. I don't believe a trade can count if it was not confirmed in the thread.

I think we should pause and correct this.

We should do a roll call to see if everyone is still in. Then unpause once all the rosters are up to date or replacements are needed.

The trade will be reversed and both teams will be replaced.
I’ve asked Timo and Gert to update their rosters - and neither have - Scott can take one, Carl can take one, and I will ask Eric to take the 3rd one.

I just messaged Coach & Stoey (opposite time zone/Germany). I have been in contact with Context, helping him along. My only concern at the moment is Gert42/WASHINGTON? Does anyone know him? Is he a regularly active guy on realGM? Has anyone spoke to him about updating his roster or deciding in cap holds, options, etc?

Honestly, I have never played a game thats this detailed. And guess what people? I looooove it!
I will admit I am overwhelmed. QO, and other technicalities that real teams and gms have to deal with. Trading is one thing-
so I have to read a bit more...I'll catch on guys and thanks again for the patience and if anyone needs me
for anything just PM or email me
Thanks again...
