During games I find myself seeing Jalen Suggs fall to the Warriors. Not sure why.

Minny so sad that Washington ran them over.

I have to wish for Silver giving GSW 4th pick.

The Wolves are finishing dead last this season, just as I predicted. They are atrocious, are are quickly moving to a point where they have no reason to even show up to games other than collect a pay check. It’s sad, but we’ll be getting their unprotected for next season Id say. We can only hope they hold into Dlo for next season and he plays 40 minutes a night so they will be terrible again.

We might be best to trade the pick if they keep sucking. I understand the odds even if they do finish last, but the pick could turn into a mid lotto pick in 2022, so it might be best to see what can do with it now.

2 40.1% 59.8% 0.0% 59.8%

Interesting, so really the Wolves finishing anywhere 1-4 presents only a negligible difference in odds for the Warriors acquiring the pick. I'd say things aren't looking too bad.

Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

Even if minny retains their pick, giving an unprotected in the following draft when a hometown minny kid is at the top of the draft board will be tough to swallow for wolves fans.

With minnys luck, they give away the first overall in 2022 draft and chet turns into kd playing for the warriors.

Feels like Warriors are either going to get a 4-5th pick in 2021
or
a 7-15 2022.
A second year Edwards, healthy Kat and DLO ...hard to see them sucking THAT bad in 2022??

They’ll also likely have 1 of Cade, Mobley or Kuminga. If they draft Cade, they’ll have a big problem at the guard spots with a logjam of Russell, Cade, Edwards, Beasley, Rubio, Culver and Okogie. Trades will happen, they could end up a very different looking team next season.

Good point! Maybe this will steer them into valuing Kuminga much higher!

Kuminga and Cunningham should be their top targets. If they have to take Mobley, do they blow it up and move DLo and KAT?

The Minnesota pick and MPJ are considered the most valuable trade pieces at the moment so the dubs are in a good position whether they keep the pick or trade it. I’m not worried about the pick not conveying in 2021 or getting it in 2022. The wolves are the wolves and the pick will be valuable.

Yeah I'd rather get the #4 or #5 in 2021, start development of a high ceiling prospect 1 year earlier.

Even if the 2022 pick was the #1 pick.

Besides holmgren I haven’t followed anyone from 2022 draft class. The top of the 2021 draft class excites. So I’d rather the pick convey this year. I’d be happy with either Suggs, Cunningham, green, kuminga or mobley.

Yeah should get a very good player in the draft this summer, and if it's top 3 that means we get their unprotected 2022 pick which is a valuable asset! What a great trade, and it all started when KD was going to sign with the Nets outright and Warriors turned it into a trade so KD could get paid.

Chet may be skilled, but the dude has no weight. Id rather have this years pick. Im sure if we gave Minny the choice of year to pick that they would rather have this years - which means I would prefer this year.

Thats not saying the class doesnt have talent, I just dont like/want Chet. He isnt going to gain that much weight. He possibly could play a stretch PF.

Griffin shows good skills. I like Banchero. Collins needs weight as well

I like Hardy too. I just dont like Chet cuz of his lanky frame.
I view it like this
Would I take Cade - yes. Suggs - yes. Mobley - yes. Kuminga - yes Green - yes
Would I take Griffin - yes, Hardy - yes, Chet - rather not. I dont want another Dunleavy 2.0 no where near this roster.
I would rather have Kispert than Chet

Why is that? They still have a bunch of pieces that don't fit particularly on the defensive end. Free agents aren't going there but that won't matter anyway because they have little to no flexibility with 131 million in committed salaries for next season.

6 made 3 pointers for Antman.

DLO may not get as many minutes when he returns.
