100%. A player needs to have two feet on the floor in legal guarding position before the offensive player is already in the air gliding to the hoop. Dray was fully off the floor in shooting motion when Lillard was sliding in trying to get his second foot on the floor. Very bad night from the refs, Zarba is usually better. There were several calls just completely and utterly wrong, embarrassing calls. Like the one where Kanter fouled Wise twice and got the and1, or the JTA Carmelo phantom one on the screen with a couple minutes left where Melo gives him a little shove and draws a foul. Like what. Blazers made it the ugly game it was with constant bitching to the refs. Like the whole team being up arms over that Curry foul to end a quarter. And I'd just like to add that Mike Breen should never give his opinion on basketball. Stick to promoting the espn Gobert covid special and Gargling Harden like he did the game before; call the game, don't try to analyze it.

It says a lot that they get REVIEWS wrong. You hate to see a game decided by refs, but when they have the chance to make it right and still fail, that makes me think reviews need to be scrapped completely. Even when they bring on the head of officiating to give his opinion, it's half the time different than the decision made. This shouldn't be the case. Maybe the league needs challenge challenges. Zarba is an older ref these days, a playoff ref, he has to be better.

He's been going the wrong direction since he got back.. the wrist may affect a lot of things but rebounding effort shouldnt be one of them

Yeah wiseman got schooled on the boards today. Like you said it’s effort — I think he can be taught to get better position BUT he’s not aggressive enough.

And yes I watched him multiple times just wait for the ball to come to him for a board. Doesn’t use power to keep position he simply just allows others to move him

Agree. Effort and concentration just are not there. He needs to transition from being 'the tall guy who gets boards by default' to a rebounder.

Well the only thing that is painfully obvious with Wiseman...is that he's still a kid. He looks like he's strong but he's just a wet noodle still...

On the Lillard/Green call, I think the ref would have kept the call, either way. Like if he originally had it a defensive foul, I think that call would've stood. I've said for years in different sports that have gone to replay, refs REALLY hate to be wrong.

Not just the refs. Update: in the 2 minute report, League gets the call wrong on a 3rd review: https://official.nba.com/l2m/L2MReport.html?gameId=0022000550
